I would visit Dallas to just stay at this awesome hotel. The service was great, we got there early and they gave us a room with an breathtaking view. At night they have a cookies and milk time, so we ate warm chocolate chip cookies and milk by the fireplace and just laughed and talked it was a perfect end to a long day. They provided the best shuttle service, they will take you anywhere you want in the downtown/uptown area. And If we didn't want the shuttle this hotel was within walking distance to most things we wanted to see in Dallas. In the morning they had an awesome breakfast.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

The hotel was great. The staff was friendly and I received the early check-in I requested. The room was comfortable and the thermostat worked. There was plenty of light fixtures to brighten up the room and it got really dark as well if you wanted to nap in the middle of the day. The bathroom was large with a big tub. The water pressure was perfect and the water could get as hot as you wanted it. Room service was very quick and delicious. The only negative for me was that the business center is just two computers and a printer. It is fine if you just need to print a boarding pass but there was no access to a scanner or fax machine to do any real work. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel and lobby were stunning. Close to things downtown, but quiet. And the 8 o'clock cookie and milk was a lovely addition.

The room itself is why this is 4 stars vs. 5. Bed was comfortable but nothing exceptional. High ceilings look nice but made for a very cold room. And there was little to no natural light. Couldn't keep the windows open because they face fellow hotel dwellers.

Nicely appointed, transformed older hotel, well decorated, clean rooms, excellent bathroom with large tub and shower head. Suite has a kitchen. A tad noisy outside if facing the spire. Decent breakfast and nightly cookies/milk (8-10). Front Desk Staff and Valet courteous and friendly.

Hats off to Chip and Joanne!!!! It is a shopping experience. Lots of items to choose from. The color palette are very similar to the ones she uses on the show. I was unable to try the bakery, because the line was out of the door and around the corner. If you have the time stand and wait. Also a number of food trucks were on site the day I was there. If you love Fixer Upper go check it out.

I've stayed here only twice. The first time I really enjoyed it, the second time not so much. Our bed was a full sized bed, not queen sized. When we called, we were told that the hotel only had queen sized beds. This was not a queen bed. I've slept in both queen and full sized and this bed was very tight for my wife and I to sleep comfortably in.

On top of this, since our original room was occupied, we were upgraded to a suite, which was very nice. However, besides the bed issue, we discovered that the floor tiles in the kitchenette were cracked and broken, and when we stepped on them with bare feet they would stick to our feet and come off the floor.

I won't say that I'll never stay at this hotel again but it was not a great experience. While the staff were very nice and accommodating, and the hotel itself is beautiful, the condition of our room left us disappointed with our stay.

I didn't stay here. I was meeting a friend who was staying here. The lobby and elevators were nice. As well as the bar area. Everything looked clean and the staff was helpful in telling us that we were in fact at the wrong magnolia hotel. Might stay there some time.

Nice, clean place. Courteous staff. Comfortable beds. Terrible pillows. There is valet parking available but parking is extra. There are a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Our one-night stay was great! The hotel was nicely put together in one of the classic Dallas buildings. The neighborhood was a little rough, but we knew the reputation going in so we just didn't walk around the area very much. This is no fault of Magnolia, just information for prospective guests. The staff was great and our suite was very nice. It could have used a little extra polish, but wasn't anything that bothered us too much. We didn't make use of the on-site drink or dining options, so I can't comment on those, but it would have been nice if there were either a mini-bar in the room or an on-site concession store. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would consider staying at the the Magnolia again if we want to spend a night in Dallas.

Convenient location downtown, near many attractions and restaurants. Our service from the front desk to the valet was wonderful and very kind. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Upon arrival, the hotel employees were outstandingly knowledgeable of the area and more than happy to help with travel arrangements. They upgraded our room for free and the new room was fantastic! So clean, beautiful, and painless. I will definitely be back if I'm in Dallas!

We stayed in a queen suite for $140 a night. Absolutely wonderful. I could have housed our family of 5 if needed it to. When walking in there was a sitting room with a table, love seat, chair and tv to the right, small kitchen and nice size bathroom in the center and the queen room to the left. Absolutely wonderful laid out and quiet. We were only there for the night for one function and didn't much time in it but the room was delightful and we will definitely be back again

I love this hotel! I stay here for work when I'm in Dallas and it's right downtown. The staff is always great and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant/bar has an awesome happy hour and their food is pretty amazing! Give it a try!

Stayed here for six night. Ordered in room service several times, quick service and the food was very good! Turn down service was great. View from my room would have been perfect if not obstructed by large netting outside the windows.. Hotel is walking distance from convenience stores, restaurants and shopping!
