Had a great experience at this location. Paris Mash was our salesman and was very clear about the contract and helpful with getting our truck. Another person we had contact with was Angel Noguez, she also went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed! Overall GREAT experience!

Ty was awesome!!! I have a busy schedule with my career and he was very cooperative and patient as we emailed back and forth on some details including getting my trade appraised sight unseen. The entire team was helpful and professional and never, ever pushy.

Pretty nice dealer. Bought a truck for a great price. They have a waiting area that is on par with Park Place Mercedes. I took off 1 star because they employed shady tactics when selling the extended warranty. The tried to say that my bank wouldn't finance the car if I didn't buy the warranty. When I attempted to call the bank to verify it was like catching my 5 year old in a lie. Funny if you know better, horrific if you don't. My used car salesman was good and got to the point right away so would go back for a car in the future.

This was the fifth dealer we visited within the week leading up to the purchase of my wife's first Mustang convertible. Everyone from sales to finance had great personalities, made us feel important, and worked the best deal out of the 4 dealers we previously visited. Thank you Westway Ford for your supreme service! I was able to give my wife an amazing birthday present thanks to your wonderful staff! 👍 😊

I had such a wonderful experience getting my new Explorer, Paris Mash as always was AMAZING! My whole family & I have so much respect for him & the work that he does! When I thought about buying a new car I debated on getting a jeep or something other than ford & I realized working with Paris & buying through him outweighed the other options by far! He is the absolute best, I have never bought a car on my own & he walked me through ever step of the way & even went with me to financing ect. He is an incredible salesman, & person! The man who helped me on financing was very very kind, as well as the two young ladies who helped me at the very end, I had such a wonderful experience all around!!! Thank you!!!

My salesperson was Paris Mash at Westway Ford and he provided clear explanations of each step of the process. It gave me confidence that I was getting the very best purchase price for my own unique situation. Paris is very personable and really gets to know each client and their particular needs. He also used every incentive option that was available from Ford Motor Company to bring down my monthly car payment. Each person I worked with at Westway Ford was very professional and efficient. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and recommend Westway Ford to everyone!

I have bought 3 cars at Westway Ford from Paris Mash and he has never let me down. All 3 purchases went smoothly and Paris is absolutely incredible. He's always honest and we will do everything he can to make sure you are happy and that he can get you into the vehicle you want. Today I bought a Ford Fusion and it's perfect. Everybody was great and I am a very happy customer. To paris, Barton and everybody else that assisted- thank you for all of the hard work you all did! I love my new car!

My experience with Westway Ford has been absolutely horrible. My husband and I purchased a 2014 Audi Q7 there two months ago. We were told it underwent strict inspection and that the car was in great condition. We noticed that the check engine light was on when we bought it but our salesperson Efrain said to bring it back and that their service department would reset it and it would be fine. We brought it back and they said they didn't have the tools to do so and we ended up having to take it to an Audi dealership. A few weeks after that another light pops on and we realize we have a leak in the water pump which is causing coolant to drain from the car and the engine to run hot. Please keep in mind that a water pump normally lasts about 100,000 miles and there's only 27,000 miles on the vehicle. I called Westway to get it fixed and they once again said they couldn't do it. Every time I asked a question the answer was either "we can't" or " I don't know". We once again went to an Audi dealership and got that fixed. After replacing the water pump, Audi informed us that it was almost time to replace the two front tires. This made absolutely no sense to us because we've only had the car about 2 months and put approximately 4,000 miles on it (Audi Q7 tires normally last at least 15k miles before they need to be replaced). Our problem with this was if they did a thorough inspection when we bought the car, why did they not catch all of these problems. We called for days without reaching or hearing from Efrain and when we finally did he basically told us he couldn't help us and said his manager Terrance would contact me. I have yet to hear from Terrance. We have been very patient up until this point but their blatant refusal to even discuss the matter properly has spurred us to start formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the DMV and our state attorney general. Not only are we frustrated with our purchase, what irritates us the most is the lack of responsiveness from the dealership, the lack of customer service and the insensitive comments we've received from salespeople when we have reached them which include "it's not my problem" and "that's what you get when you by a used car." I hope that potential customers are cautious before choosing this dealership because it not worth it.

Salesperson Barnal Fair, sales manager Aaron and Zachary Barnes made the purchase easy, quick and painless. I'm an extremely experienced truck guy who knew exactly what he wanted. So many sales people can't/won't listen when they have a customer who knows the product as well or better than they do. Staff at Westway actually "got it" right away. Day 1 late in the day I committed. Next day they jumped on additions to the truck, then were ready for me Day 2, at 2 pm. I wanted a spray in bed liner which is a major alteration to a new truck. I appreciated that they took a minimal deposit from me Day 1, altered the expensive Platinum Dually and trusted me to close the purchase the next day. I would buy again from Westway.

Don't waste your time here. I recently have been trying to trade in my vehicle which has fairly significant negative equity. This has made it difficult to get approved without a large downpayment or large monthly payment. I had visited several dealerships before coming to this one and each one had been unable to get financing within my payment range. I told the salesman I spoke to about my concerns and he stated that he believed they could get me approved. I asked if they could see if financing would be possible before I drove to the dealership (which was about an hour away from where I live). He stated that he did not want to do this and that it would be better if I could come into the dealership. I had previously filled out a credit application online. I spent over an hour at the dealership with then presenting me with a sample payment which was several hundred dollars over what I had clearly told them I could afford. They said this was an "estimate" based on my credit score and they would have to run my credit to find out the real APR. According to my credit report, they already had an inquiry on my credit report from when I submitted the online application so why show me a "sample" APR and payment which was so far away what I had said I could pay? They were pressuring me and eventually I needed to leave to make an appointment. The guy went to get my keys and brought back the finance manager who was very condescending and demeaning. He was questioning how my car could have depreciated so quickly, whether I was really looking to buy a car, and what was my "urgency" in trying to get a car. I felt like I was being interrogated and pushed to make a rash decision even after stating that I needed to think about everything. After I told him that I would not be putting a down payment on a car that day he said he would be in touch. I left fairly upset and will never return to this dealership. I've bought several cars in the past and even after dealing with shady salesman I have to say this is the worst experience by far. If you can't get me financed then just be up front about it. I may even have come back in a year or so when I've paid down more on my trade. However, this dealership has clearly shown me that they do not respect me in any way. Interestingly, I noticed a man and women in the next office over from me who were treated respectfully even after declining the finance offer. I have to wonder if my gender may have played a factor in the way I was treated. Either way stay away from this dealership and go to someplace else. There are plenty of other dealerships who are willing to work with you that won't talk down to you.

They so. F.. Liers. Man. I had the worst experience. Ever. All they do is lie lie lie. Price on the website is way different from the dealer. Plus they beg you. And check credit like 5 times. And. At the end they just tell you. You are not approve after 5 hours waiting

My experience with West Way Ford has always been exceptional. My husband and I have always bought our vehicles from West Way Ford. We started our journey with them back in 2006 and it continues today with our 2017 ford explorer. We worked with Paris and Jimmie when we went in to buy the 2017 explorer and then Angelina and Brandon on the detailing of the vehicle. The four of them wanted to ensure that we had a positive experience and that we were 100% satisfied with the vehicle. I can not leave out our FAVORITE team member."TC". TC has been awesome and most of all caring. There is no sugar coating anything and we always feel that she is shooting straight with us. TC is always willing to answer our questions as well as ensuring that we have the highest quality service available. Lastly, but not leastMr. Andrew. Mr. Andrew in the service department has also been very helpful the two occasions that I have needed his assistance. He takes his time to ensure that all avenues have been covered and that when we leave that we are completely satisfied. I rate this location as a 5 Star location. The facility is beautiful, clean and they have the best hot chocolate in the world. Thank you West Way Ford for another wonderful vehicle. God bless you all.
