My wife and I were very pleased with the sales staff at this dealership. They treated us like we were life long friends. If you are looking to buy a new vehicle I recommend this dealership. We will go back for our next vehicle. Rob was very pleasant to deal with. Thank you Park place Lexus.

We have a Certified Lexus with paid maintenance or I would never be here, I avoid this experience more than a dentist office visit, just feel so fleeced every time. Always something extra they want to add on. There are loads of people working here and each seems to have only one job they can do - There is the write on your windows guy who checks you in, the put in a paper mat guy, the let's check the mileage guy, and then the service salesperson, followed by the check the tires guy. All slaves to some tablet or computer. Drop off the car get an automated text (which I promptly unsubscribe from), it's like someone asked how much technology could we put in the way of an oil change . Does not give me faith in the work being performed out of sight.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. No high-pressure sales gimmicks here and our salesman bent over backwards to provide us the exact car I was looking for. The best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle.

Never do I write reviews. So, this is a rare occurrence. I have never, ever, had such a pleasant car buying experience and I/we have purchased many vehicles! It never felt as if I was being sold something. I am having trouble trying to verbalize just how excellent the process was. Joe Phu was the gentleman we worked with and he was a complete pleasure. He never once seemed annoyed by our questions. He stayed late in order to help us and really went above and beyond. If you are in the market for a Lexus I would highly suggest going to Park Place. The atmosphere is different. They do things differently and it's refreshing. We will be back and will be sending everybody we know!

I was very impressed with Danny Cantu of Park Place Lexus. He is the manager of internet car sales and was absolutely very professional with a caring and warm personality. In fact, my husband said, " I will buy my next car from Danny!" Excellent service and attention to detail. We truly had a great car buying experience. Thank you Danny and Park Place who has the wisdom to employ just the right person for the job!

Park Place Lexus Grapevine top notch customer service that I doubt could be beat. They have gone above and beyond to make my car buying experience a great one. they have an awesome waiting area with drinks and snacks. Ask for Shane Welter, he was great!

I recently posted a review for the dealership in a negative manner and tone..which was deserving of the service and sales. However, today, Austin, service manager reached out to me and listened to my concerns and has made things right and better. I have dealt with Austin before and he cares and made me feel important. Because of this personal touch, I have removed my lower star review and give a 4 star (sorry, gotta lose 1 for sales team), but I would give a 5 stars to Service because I know now that Austin cares of his customers and willing to take time from a busy day to call. I hope things are smooth from here on. Not giving up on you guys yet!

Hands down one of the best dealerships around. Sales team is filled with individuals who are straightforward and skip the typical car salesman BS. You describe to them what you want from a car and what your budget is and they make it happen. My family has been buying cars from this dealership for over 12 years and we refuse to go anywhere else. You get a competitive price, with reasonable financing. But the best part of Park Place Grapevine is their service team. Mr. Travis Tittle and Mr. Travis Reed are freaking bosses when it comes to executing PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't say that because they're good people. I say that because no matter what the situation, they approach the problem in a manner that reflects ideals instilled by the institution they work for. They genuinely care about making sure your needs are met and refuse to make you feel like your just one of many. When you are getting help from these guys you feel like your concerns are being heard and you actually get input to learn from as well as preventative measures to help save you money. I think this dealership is the golden standard for the Park Place brand and for all dealerships around. I highly recommend you visit this dealership and see if they can get you into a car you'll love.

I've been buying cars for over 50 years and yesterday I experienced the best buying experience in my life. I purchased a Lexus RX-350 from Park Place Lexus of Grapevine. My sales person was Nathan Henry. He was incredible. He offered me a very fair price right off the bat and when I balked at the price they were going to give me for my trade-in Lexus ES-350, he raised the offer to match what I thought was a fair trade-in price. No hassles or haggling over anything. He couldn't have been any nicer or professional than he was. No back-and-forth with the general manager or any of that other stuff you normally have to put up with when you buy a new car. I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat and I would unequivocally tell you to ask for Nathan Henry.

Great out of town purchase experience!
Shane and the entire Park Place Lexus crew were incredible to deal with. After finding the vehicle I was interested in at their Grapevine location, I reached out to learn more and discuss pricing. Shane was very quick to respond to all my texts and emails, even on his days off.
After answering all my questions, we agreed on a price and I let him know I was going to be flying in from Atlanta, GA and driving the car back home. I flew in on a Saturday morning where Shane picked me up and took me to the dealership for the test drive, paperwork and a nice breakfast/snack spread in their customer lounge. The car was exactly as described and was already detailed when I arrived that morning. Even counting my inspection, test drive and them walking me through the car's features and setup, I was out the door and headed back home in a little over an hour from when I landed in Dallas.
We've bought a number of used vehicles, and none were as painless as the purchase of my GS 350 from Shane at Park Place Lexus. I'd highly recommend anyone shopping for a used Lexus to give them a shout. Although there are 3 local Lexus dealers within an hour of me, none of them have the selection that this location did.
I would have no reservation about recommending them or flying out for any future Lexus purchases.
