Very glam and modern hotel. Good location. Staff was extremely kind. My son ate some wings from room service and got sick. (not from the wings) I cleaned up as much as I could but they helped clean up great and we're extremely kind.

My experience at Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown was positive. Located in the central downtown area, the hotel is walking distance from many shops, bars, and restaurants, and just a short drive away from the nightlife in Deep Ellum. The rooms are nice - clean, well-kept, and fashionable. I would recommend Hotel Indigo for anyone visiting Dallas for a weekend. Be sure to visit Matt the bartender at the lobby bar!

The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff was courteous and helpful. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant or bar this time. I liked that the room was compartmentalized. There was a fridge in the room that we really appreciated having. Parking right across the street was convenient, and there were a lot of restaurants within walking distance, not to mention the beautiful park! It was also a short 2 minute walk to the venue we were going to! We will definitely stay here again if we have the need to visit Dallas again!

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. Parking garage conveniently located across the street. The hotel is older so the rooms are a little smaller. My room was divided with a door separating the bedroom from the sitting area. The furnishings were "modern" or "contemporary". It is a great location for parking and walking to several restaurants, theaters, parks, and museums. They served breakfast, lunch, and dinner but I did not eat there. There was a full service bar in the lobby. I would stay here again.

Very nice, clean hotel located in the heart of downtown with an abundant supply of restaurants nearby. It was the first Hilton in 1925. Beautifully updated, big screen tv mounted on the wall. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating.

Love this hotel. Staff are helpful. Rooms are clean. Even love the art deco decor. Prices are reasonable and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.

I don't want to tell anyone because I want to keep this lovely location to myself, but I had such a wonderful stay I must give 5 stats. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the location was ideal foe our convention. The valet/shuttle is amazing!! Shout out to Manager Jason for answering all of our questions! Can't wait for next year! Thank you Hotel Indigo Dallas!!

This is a nice hotel in a central location at a bargain price. The bathroom is particularly excellent. Valet parking (with in-and-out privileges) is $20, but there's a garage across the street that's only $5 on weekends. Downtown Dallas is rather sleepy, but the hotel is a twelve minute walk or a three minute car ride from Deep Ellum, which has a lot happening.

I loved this boutique hotel. It has an eclectic chic feel to it. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. A self parking garage is directly across the street and is only $5 on weekends. Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was good and reasonably priced.

Some people like fancy. Some like simple, clean and classy. If you prefer the latter, Cooper is for you. Our room was spacious, well appointed, clean and comfortable. If I had to offer any criticism, it would be that only one type of pillow was offered. Still slept like a baby! And hope to return someday!

Located smack in town, this place oozes old style Texan charm with its grand entrance. It's undergoing huge renovations as we arrived but what we can see in the renovations so far is impressive. We were given an upgrade to a suite on arrival and the rooms are just gorgeous with comfy beds (really appreciated after a 17 hr flight!). The service so far has been outstanding.
