A beautiful and historical location for a very unique hotel in the mountains in Los Gatos. Great views of downtown from the nice pool. Best service, too.

Very nice room, though I had a suite. Even had my own fireplace. As I didn't have to pay, though, I don't know about the value for price 😉

A beautiful hotel in the quaint town of Los Gatos. With an amazingly friendly and knowledgeable staff this is the must stay destination for Los Gatos. Within close walking distance of everything the town has to offer and a fantastic onsite restaurant plus many other amenities this is the only place I'll stay while visiting.

The staff were very welcoming and made my stay with my wife on our anniversary very special. The room was quiet and comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed the short walk to downtown Los Gatos for food and fun. I would recommend this place and plan on visiting again. Thank you, Hotel Los Gatos!

This is a wonderful hotel with a staff that reflects this. We had a fabulous quiet suite and they even put champagne, chocolates, and rose petals leading to our bed. Will definitely stay here again. Love♥️

We booked Hotel Los Gatos for our wedding night and I am so glad we did. From the moment Shaun gave us the tour of the various rooms, we were sold. Shaun was knowledgable and friendly, even volunteering which room had the best natural light for getting our makeup done without me having to ask! The rooms were the best size for the price of any hotel we'd toured in the area, also gorgeous and clean. We booked that weekend, and when I checked in, they'd actually had the specific room with the best lighting (room 219!) reserved for us before we'd even decided to book! Talk about service. Then, on our wedding night, we came back to the hotel room to find real white rose petals scattered on the floor and a lovely card signed by the employees next to a complimentary bottle of champagne. So thoughtful! Hotel Los Gatos certainly helped make our wedding special.

Elegant and charming, inside and out. Large bathroom with soaking tub, tiled shower, double sink and separate water closet (not handicap). Two double beds, sofa and two chairs and TV in the room, which opened to the patio with pool and Jacuzzi. Small fridge, Kuerig coffee maker, cash snacks in room. My dad uses a walker. We parked underground and took an elevator to the first floor. Restaurant had live jazz playing. Second floors had balconies. Very beautiful and comfortable.

The experience was phenomenal. Great service and even better food. Complementary velet of always nice. The server was very accommodating when asking for custom drinks. Overall I enjoyed our experience and will be back again.

Came for a spa appointment. It was a small area but it was nice. They have a sauna room as well. You are also allowed to use the pool and hot tub while there.

Came here with a group of 15 and the service was impeccable. We were attended to by at least two members of the staff throughout the 3.5 hour meal. The food was delicious. Most of us had the lamb - their signature dish - and it was amazing. Will definitely come back another time.

Nice clean rooms, thorough housekeeping, friendly staff. Tight parking spots and lack of availability during peak restaurant hours was an issue. I stayed in the rear building and at one point I had to walk through the middle of a party being held beside the pool, which was pretty awkward.
