It is a beautiful residence inn hotel,breakfast is so good ,surrounding is very convenient for everything ,stuff are very gentle. You will love it ..we did..if we come back again to CA.we will stay again

Started here for a work trip. The mixers were a welcome experience. I loved the kitchennette, I was able to have a gallon of water, chilled, to drink from during my weeklong stay.

Over many years I see this lady serving breakfast who has been always cheerful and friendly. She brings food out and offer greetings with big smile. She seems to enjoy what she does and enjoy serving the guests. I enjoy clean rooms and friendly staff whenever I come here. This place is a good example of well managed hotel.

Reservation for accessible room with roll in shower, no tub, was not honored. They could have called me prior to arrival and notified me that they don't have a room with roll in shower. I also asked for extra towels and pillows. They are usually in my room upon arrival. I waited 2 hours for delivery and then went to bed. This morning I am off to Anytime Fitness (10 miles from hotel) to use their shower!

It's always clean and never really packed. Drive thru is usually a problem during the night because of it's small parking lot but overall never had an issue with this location. Plus the have TV's on the inside usually be playing news or sports games.

Very comfortable suites. Desk staff was super nice and helped out with any questions. Local pizza was lousy but totally not the hotel's fault

We stayed here temporarily after a house fire displaced us. They have great service , they truly make you feel at home. The maids didn't know it but them going the extra mile and providing me with extra little things I requested meant the world to me and my family as we tried to make the best of our situation. The rooms are clean and well maintained , I did have a leak in the kitchen sink which was fixed within 30 minutes. I felt really safe here . The breakfast provided was also great.

The rooms were serviceable, but lacking any great amenities. Breakfast was average, and the internet would have been slow in 2002. Overall below average experience.

Sub par accommodations. They remodeled the rooms , but it's like slapping lipstick on a pig. Breakfast was crazy, and the staff monitoring the room were rude and made it very unpleasant. Stay here if you want convenience off the freeway and you're just here to sleep overnight and that's it.
