first the phone does not work in the room, I had to go to front desk to ask for fresh towles and it was about 8pm, I was then told he will not have any until 9pm?? not sure why but at 9pm he told me his employee did not show up so I can't not get any fresh towels. it's is unbelievable a hotel does not have towels. it is not my problem if your employee did not show up on time. you should have fresh towls at all time. in a hotel. I am not a happy customer, very very disappointed.

The room need some refreshing. Elementary minimum which is needed as room and bathroom accessories. Ok for two days but there are better alternatives in the area if you considering longer stays. Parking in front of the hotel.

Mold in the restroom arrived very late so I didn't want to call go get a room change with children already asleep. But got a nice email from manager apologizing. Didn't offer anything fo for the inconvenience which kinda sucked

The desk clerk had on an oversized T- shirt and seem that we were an inconvenience to her. The first room had standing water in the bathtub. Changed rooms and the second room had a window that wouldn't close all the way but it was late so just toughed it out. Will not stay there again. The back door to the lobby would not open with the room key and the answer was " yeah it only works sometimes". Best thing about the stay was that parking was good.

MY STAY HERE WAS GREAT, THE BED IS NOT COMFORTABLE, LEFT MY BACK HURTING. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN JUST MISSING A FEW THINGS, THE YOUNG LADY AT THE FRONT DESK TO CARE OF US, SO I'M WILLING TO LET THAT PAST. DUE TO HOW WONDERFUL, SHE TOOK CARE OF MY HUSBAND AND I, SO WITH THAT BEING SAID SHE'S THE BEST HER NAME IS CRYSTAL. SHE MADE OUR STAY THAT GREAT, CRYSTAL, SHOWED US THE UPMOST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. AN SHE ACCOMDATED US IN A WAY I HAVEN'T SEEN IN A LONG TIME. I TRAVEL A LOT BECAUSE OF MY OF MY BUSINESS. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN AS LONG AS CRYSTAL IS AT THE FRONT DESK UPON MY ARRIVAL. THANKS AGAIN CRYSTAL YOU ARE THE BEST !!!

This is the absolute worst hotel I have stayed in. Selected this hotel due primarily for location and price. I figured "could it be that bad"? Unfortunately yes. The room smelled like someone smoked in it for years and years. The bed was disgusting. I was seriously worried that I would get bed bugs. Trash in the halls and elevator. Trash room was left open so the floor smelt like hell. It is sad you can't give zero stars. This place is horrific and frankly impressed (or saddened) they are still in business. Avoid at all costs. Pay a little more, drive a little more it is totally worth it.

I have to be transparent upfront. I choose this hotel because of price and no other reason. About 200 per night including taxes and all other hotels in the are where about 600+. I’ll give my opinions on this hotel but you will need to decide if saving 400 is worth it.
First impression of the room was that it was a decent size and the ac worked great. Those are the only good things I have to say
Bed looked like it had been slept in, spider webs on the ceiling and the ac vent has not been cleaned in a long long time (see pics). It had a kitchenette and the sign said you would have glasses plates and utensils but as you can also see in the pics I had nothing. Bathroom just had a hand soap, a shower soap and a shampoo (no conditioner). The front desk was always vacant even when they knew you where standing there. Front desk staff seems to have been interrupted from they personal thing by work. Imagine that, work getting in the way of your daily life.

Room is dirty in all the corners, no one is ever at the front desk, staff needs to be trained in customer service.

Zero for cleaniness and comfort.

Upon arriving at this hotel, we had to wait 30 minutes to be checked in because there was no staff at the front desk. We had to contact them, the lady showed up 30 minutes later without apologizing. She mentioned some guest were complaining the rooms were dirty and she had to go take a look at it, that was why she was gone for so long. We paid for a queen-size bed and when we go to the room it was a double bed for 2 adults and a toddler. The room was really dirty like it looks out dated. The hotel bedding was not nice, it was not cleaned properly in my opinion. The air condition wouldn't turn off and it was very loud. The whole living area was just disgusting I would never stay here again everything looks so unclean and dusty. The hotel from the outside looks nice but the side was not worth the $200 that we paid for it which was non refundable. PLEASE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR COMFORT AND A CLEAN HOTEL PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS EXTENDED STAY LOACATION.

Clean and comfortable rooms and beds. I stayed in a room with a full kitchen and a couch on the 3rd floor you have a gas station, McDonald's and a lucky grocery store right across the street look along with some other stores. The front staff are friendly and checking out is easy, just drop your door cards in the bowl by the front desk. They do offer coffee and snacks in the morning

Had a very horrible experience, we were driving from Los Angeles and arrived the hotel around 2:30am for late check in.

But when I reached the hotel I was told that there are no rooms available. They were overbooked, the person at the front desk was very rude. In spite of me saying that I booked through their company website she insisted in helping out in anyway

I called the customer service line and they could get hold of the hotel staff as they were no one answering the phone. All this was happening in the mid-night around 3-am and none bother to worry about the situation.

Just fyi you can never trust this hotel online reservation's.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. It smelled very musky in the hallways. Dirty dishes in the hall ways. Our room was a nightmare! Cum stains on our sheets, visible pubic hairs on our bed sheets. The front desk assistant didn't apologize. She did not fix the problem. All she had to say was she was off in 2 hours so maintenance will get around to it when they can. This was all within a matter of 10 minutes being in our room. Do not stay here! Very unsanitary, rude staff. When I asked for a refund at the front desk they had a line of 5 other people complaining about similar issues. Wish I can give this 0 stars

Booked this hotel because of location and breakfast was included. First daykey didn't work in door, next day, wouldn't open pool gate either.
First morning, NO BREAKFAST offered with the excuse that a delivery wasn't made. Next day breakfast was terriblevery basic and tasteless oatmeal, etc.
The room had a nice kitchenette, but NO cups or plates and NO COFFEE MAKER in the room!!!! Had to go downstairs to get a cup and hot water to make my own tea!!!
At the pool, there was a plate and an old chicken bone left on the only tableother trash was under the table. Second daytrash still there!!!
Again, key didn't open the door. What the .!!!
Would never stay here again and the price was NOT cheap!!!

Oh my gosh I can't believe we had to stay there! If we had another option after arriving late from out of state, we would've left!! The rooms are absolutely disgusting, starting at the microwave with stuff all over it, inside and out, the drawers with dirty tissues in them, and don't get me started on the bathroom! I know $200 a night may be cheap in this area, but seriously!?! This is what $200 a night gets you? Are there any standards in this area or hotel? We will never stay at this location again!!! (And we do stay at Extended Stays around the country frequently, and it's never been like this) I also can say, the staff was cordial, but not friendly or overly helpful. The drug dealers and ex gang members staying there were friendlier than the staff!! I find it interesting my pictures don't stay attached to this review..Hmm.. Someone embarrassed of their establishment?!?
