If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can get one at HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

I can't recommend this hotel. It had good ratings but I'm not sure why. The rooms are very small. There is no full size closet to hang your clothes. There was no dresser and no luggage rack to put your suitcase on. They provided one small bar of soap for the sink and the shower. The staff was indifferent and not welcoming. Good location in the river north part of town and reasonable price for a big city hotel but you get what you pay for.

Awful experience. The only upside is the fairly comfortable beds. Stayed for 5 days and not once was the carpet vacuumed. Dishes stayed in the hallway for over two days. Just because you offer certain ammenaties doesn't make you a 4 star hotel. I've stayed at better managed and run 2 star places.

Hotel was competitively priced and a good value between $69- $100 rate on a Friday or Saturday night. Compared to nearby hotels the rooms are small and plain with "thin walls." Rooms feel outdated and old. Hotel has average service with pricey room amenities like a $6 bottle water. Main lobby is nice but rooms need serious renovation. Front desk is friendly but unhelpful. However, hotel can be great value in terms of a cheap price and location.

Such a cute hotel! The location is central and the staff are extremely nice! I was running late to check out because I was stuck on the other side of town so I called explaining everything and they completely understood and didn't charge me any extra fees. The rooms are modern and cozy. Very relaxing place to stay at Chicago!

Great stay. I requested a fridge kind of last minute, they had it for me. The room is very very clean, and I absolutely love the rain shower and the scent of the soap products they provide. Friendly concierge. Comfy bed. Very quiet. Room is very small but perfectly fine that way as far as I'm concerned. Located close to whole foods, a great little raw vegan restaurant and a liquor store. Everything I would need in walking distance and public transportation was incredibly easy and reliable for someone like me who hadn't used it in a large city before. All in all, if/when I come back to Chicago I will definitely stay at Hotel Felix again :)

Nice location close to a whole foods. That has a parking garage on top of it if you don't want to pay 60 dollars for hotel parking. That parking is self and for 24 hours it is 46 USD. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable. Good location to core power yoga and running if that is your thing.

The hotel was nice, came with free parking for staying there. The staff was very accommodating. The shower was amazing. However, the sink drain was broken, the toilet had difficulty flushing. We booked for 2 Queens, but the beds were clearly Full. The room wasn’t soundproof so we could hear any yelling and cars outside, so sleeping was difficult. The curtains also didn’t close all the way in our room so we had light we didn’t want. For the price, things like this should not have been an issue. I understand that the location of the hotel isn’t anyone’s fault and noise is noise, but then at that point is shouldn’t be so much for not having the basics we expected.

The staff was very accommodating. The room was a bit small, but comfortable. We booked on Priceline and they couldn't guarantee that we would hey rooms with more than one bed. Aside from that, it was a very pleasant experience. Well maintained and clean.

It's a pretty boutique hotel, I didn't like the hallway had a funny smell but the room was clean, we got early check-in without paying extra charge, free cup of coffee in the morning. No problem with noise from other rooms. Big TV which is great if you're traveling with a toddler, bed was comfortable and big enough for the three of us (hubby, daughter and me). Valet parking was quick and a very reasonable price considering you don't worry about looking for a parking spot in Chicago and you can get in and out as many times as you like. Since the hotel is near to a lot of stuff, you only need the car for very specific things.

Great location near red line cta trains. Close to magnificent mile. Rooms are clean a decent size. Staff is very helpful if you need information. Next door is a roof top bar with great view. There are plenty restaurants near by. Loved this hotel and I'll get back here next trip.

Great location! Very easy to get a taxi and go to any famous landmark for $10 and under (it rained our trip otherwise we would've done more walking). Staff was Great! My son left behind his favorite stuffed animal and they were so sweet to mail it to him. I will definitely stay here again.

Terrible 4 star experience. The only that makes this place somewhat nice is the TV. The room is terribly small. There is no coffee maker in the room. This place does offer free coffee in lobby after 7am. Your out of luck in you have an early flight. The chair and work desk in the room must have been made for children. Extremely small and absolutely uncomfortable. This is probably the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in. This hotel is extremely old and for the money you can do a lot better than this place. There are many 4 star hotels in this area. Take my advice and pick one of them.

The location is great. It's downtown, close to lots of restaurants and shopping, and such a nice atmosphere. The one issue was the room was extremely small but the staffing was amazing when I asked to be moved to a larger room. Really accommodating. Bed was comfortable as well.

The hotel is nice downstairs it looks like a high end and stylish place. The staff is very nice, as well. But the actual rooms are tiny for the price and the hallways look old and worn down, while also having a weird smell. The room itself seems nice, besides small. I wish the bathroom sink was deeper and the door didn't keep closing automatically. It's an okay place.
