I purchased a brand new 2017 Chevy Sonic from Angel Beauchamp and I love it! Great experience at a great price. Angel and the rest of the staff went far and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I will definitely be back for my next purchase and I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

I've used Palm Chevrolet twice now. I'd recommend them based on the way the service dept treats me when I drop in with out an appointment. They are clear in their explanation of what my car needs. I'd recommend scheduling an appointment if you can. My car wouldn't start, so I needed it looked at right away.

Stopped in just wanting to see a vehicle my wife had looked at online. Met with Ed Del Rio and left with it that night! Super pleasant experience. From the test drive to securing financing. I couldnt be more pleased with the entire process. I will highly recommend Palm Chevrolet and especially Ed Del Rio.

The total experience from start to finish was excellent! They were all very professional. We especially want to recognize Neil, Moise and Nicole! We drove from Saint Simons Island to purchase the car and they made it a positive experience! We got the car we wanted at a great price!

I cannot speak off of the Sales experience there, but DO NOT use their service department. Lack of communication is beyond horrible there. They do not return phone calls. The service guy you are dealing with is always conveniently on lunch when you call. When service was told NOT to touch the car after they told us they were going to charge us if they do, they touched the car anyway and wanted to charge us for the diagnostic test. Then out of the “goodness of their hearts” said they will waive the diagnostic fee but we have to pay for the rental they stuck us in. Let me tell you how that went. So we drop off the car as directed for a recall. Service is closed at that point so they tell us to leave the car and shuttle us to Enterprise with no paperwork. Enterprise has no idea what the deal is so they have to call you guys to find out what’s going on. We get put into a rental. Next day is when you want to tell us that what is wrong with our car is not part of the recall and now we have to pay. So you basically forced us into paying something without even a warning or anything. I always knew dealership service departments were rip offs, but you guys are the cherry on top of the cake for this one. I will never ever recommend anyone to you and will warn as many people as I can about you what you guys do or should I say don’t do (communicate).

This was the easiest purchase I ever made. No hassle great price. They gave me Fair money for my trade-in, another dealer tried to offer me half of what they gave me. I had to drive an hour to get there and it was worth every penny I saved $4,000 on the exact vehicle without the stress and negotiating.

Highly recommended by my sister, I went since we needed to get into a newer vehicle. We got a GREAT used vehicle in Fantastic Condition at a fairly decent price. They finagled a few times in attempt to work with us and our budget, but eventually we were able to get the cap amount of our budget, even though it appeared that we didn't get the $1100 for our trade in as previously discussed; however, we did still owe on the old vehicle, so I'm just glad we could get out of it. We're happy and my sister's happy because she received a check for referring us! Palm Chevy does a good job and I also recommend them. Just make sure you stick to your price and get what you want. :)

I wish I could give a higher rating. This place went above and beyond for us. From our previous experience you spent half the day at the dealership we were there for two hours test drive and all, but still felt like they took their time with us. They worked an amazing deal for us. I did my research and knew no one was going to give us a bad deal. What they brought to us was out of this world! They showed us how much our last place did not take care of us! Ed Del Rio and staff rocked our world. Thank you!!!

Brought my 2013 Silverado in with a ticking lifter. Jeremy Grey took it in on a holiday weekend and had it fixed under warranty without any questions. Great dealership from sale to service. I would recommend Palm Chevrolet to anyone!!
