Blanca at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She went WAY above and beyond to help my family when we checked in and made the stay very memorable. Great value for the size of the room we had, and was a great way to start our Christmas vacation. Thank you all.

By the airport but you utilize a shuttle service that is not run by the hotel. Not good. You sign up the night before and hope the shuttle arrives on time. When I arrived into DFW, I called for the hotel shuttle and it took over 25 minutes. Was not happy after a long day of traveling. Breakfast was not available when I left and I had to select my time slot due to 30 minute shuttle service times. Will not stay here again due to the lack of shuttle service. All other amenities were like a normal Best Western Plus of this stature. I should have asked more questions when I picked this hotel.

Friendly staff, room was great especially for like 75 after taxes. Shuttle takes you to the airport. (Which is great considering the minimum taxi ride is 23 even tho it's only 2 mi from the airport :() ) Unfortunately breakfast isn't ready at 430 am but they did have muffins and bagels out.

Excellent customer services, clean and spacious. I enjoyed my stay at the DFW Best Western Plus at 5050 W. John Carpenter. I highly recommend this location for hotel accommodations.

Had an excellent experience staying at the hotel. My room was quiet large. I was very comfortable and everyone was very helpful. The front desk helped me with a late check out since my flight was leaving later in the day. They even helped schedule a shuttle for me to get to the airport. Front desk was always smiling and had something friendly to say when I entered the lobby. Was very pleased with pretty much everything. The only complaints I have are my towels smelled liked chlorine, and all the soap/shampoo dispensers where empty in the bathroom. But overall really great experience.

We had a suite. 4 kids and several requests while staying. We arrived late in the afternoon and while the small convenience store didn't sell milk the staff went and got me a glass of milk for my 16 month old so I wouldn't have to go out to a store. Everyone we've dealt with was super helpful and always trying to anticipate our needs. We asked for sheets for the pull out couch not realizing the bed was already made. Instead of leaving us to figure it out they brought up an extra blanket and some pillows. When they house keeping staff came in they made up the beds including setting up the pullout again. They also used the kids stuffed animals to make up beds. Including the crib for the baby. We also had more water bottles. The pool is great. They have water noodles to use. The hot tub is also fantastic and both appear to be well maintained. Certainly after this trip my family will use Best Western Plus for future vacations. If you can get the room on the back left corner of the building do so it's huge and very comfortable.

We recently stayed 7 nights at this wonderful hotel. It was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. Customer service was exceptional and everyone went above and beyond! Breakfast was amazing and delicious every morning. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It was nice and relaxing. The dining area was a great meeting place. I will be back and highly recommend it. It is in a great location, minutes from Grapevine, the airport and a short jaunt into Dallas. Well done!

Very friendly and accommodating staff, very comfortable, clean and well appointed room. Blanca makes check in a delight, unlike at many hotels. Free breakfast is excellent with lots of variety, including things like turkey and pork bacons, flavored coffees and waters and many breads and cereals --besides all the standard fare you'd expect. I didn't use the small outdoor pool but noticed some children enjoying it immensely and thought what a great place this would be to stay with a young family. Great value and my home away from home whenever I come to Dallas.

If i could leave no star's I would. We stayed here on Thursday night and flew out on Friday morning we left our car here and paid the additional fee to park. The morning we left was fine but the day we came back was horrible. We called 5 times for a ride home and was given the run around every time we called. We ended having to pay for an uber to take us back to our car. RIDICULOUS I would suggest paying a few extra dollars to stay at the embassy suites! That's where we stay normally and have never had any problems.

We stayed for one night and were very satisfied. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that the shuttle to the airport was a little dirty. The driver was professional but the shuttle definitely needed some work. Other than that, we had no issues.

Spent 4 nights here and you can't beat the customer service. They would get 5 stars if it wasn't for the internet service (my husband couldn't log in for business from the room) and the pillows. Other than that, we were very comfortable.

Very clean and well kept. Shower was hot and the air was cold. Breakfast was also pretty good. Was only planning on staying one night but we enjoyed our stay and ended up staying 2.

This place was great. I had to find a hotel quick after I found myself in Dallas and was worried about the quality of a place that was much cheaper than many of the hotels around it. I was very pleased with this hotel. The rooms were great, the breakfast was good and the pool was refreshing. Definitely well worth staying there.
