The hotel staff at the front desk were rather rude. It was as if I was a bother to be there. The restaurant staff were friendly and engaging. The food in their restaurant was good and came out fast. The hotel rooms were clean.

Overnight stay reimbursed by Delta Air for missed connection on their problem. Nice hotel close to the airport. Clean & comfortable. Expensive restaurant, & no significant other option except for a pizza & Chinese delivery nearby Room had one of two lamps on bedside wall completely removed so looked lopsided. No minifridge sadly. Rest quite standard & good. Got a free warm cookie welcome & free airport shuttle.

Warm and inviting hotel that makes you forget you are at the airport. Clean and spacious rooms. Gym could use some updating though.

This is a nice place, not usually too busy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and large. The restaurant downstairs is pretty good, but unfortunately there isn't much else nearby for food. In spite of betting next to the airport, it's a quiet place. Fitness center is small but in good shape, I haven't used the pool, and there is no guest laundry. There is shuttle service.

Staff understood I was sharing a room for business purposes but gave me a suite with a single bed. Thought about using the couch until I saw all the stains. Painstakingly got a new room where only half the lamps worked,a/c was garbage, random stains all over. Almost gave it one star but it is a step above a motel 8 so settled on 2.

We were there 1 day. It was pretty clean, front desk when we checked in was not great. She acted like we did not call and get the charges set or keeping the car there for the week. This morning checking out and the shuttle was good. Kids went swimming, and we were the only ones in there so that was nice.

Very nice hotel. Beds and pillows were awesome. Nice night staff. Would like a fridge in the rooms but other than that nice hotel for a short stay

This is a nice hotel with great staff. The 3 star rating takes into account no guest laundry facilities and no refrigerator in the room. We asked about the refrigerator and we were told they do not have enough for the hotel so they move them from room to room. I stayed for 3 days and never had one installed.

This is a decent airport hotel. The staff is really friendly, but the rooms are a little outdated. I stayed in room 209 and I couldn't take a shower without the bathtub filling up from drainage issues. There are no safes to secure your valuables. There is also a strange and eerie smell in the hallways. Average stay overall. The lobby is nice however. No fridge in my room but it was booked by my company so I'm not sure if there are more deluxe rooms. Mine had 2 queens I believe.

very nice hotel, close to the airport. room was clean and beds are very comfy. staff was kind and helpful. love how they provide warm cookies for all the guests. I would stay again!

Great location for stranded Airline guest or early morning departing travelers. The Hotel has two electric vans that only go to the airport 2 min away. The electric charging station is for hotel use only and not guest that have electric vehicles. Rooms are comfortable and decorated in 2000' style decor. The restaurant is very nice and clean the staff is very welcoming.

I had a day layover at this hotel and it was very good. The staff was courteous and the rooms are clean. The king size beds are very comfortable and the restaurant is open all day even if looks closed. The California chicken sandwich is particularly good.

Great location. The van runs 24/7 on demand. The rooms are clean but a little dated. I had lunch at the restaurant and it was excellent. Much better than most hotel food. I'd go back again.

Unfortunately our flight got cancelled so we were sent to this nice hotel. The stuff are extremely helpful and nice. On site pool, small fitness center and a restaurant. Recommend if you need to stay by the airport.
