Attended for a company breakfast meeting. The coffee ran out 45 minutes in to the event and was not refilled. The meal was half-assed and there was no indication of what liquid was in what container. You just had to guess. No fruit of any kind, and the pastries we're sub-par at best. The only good things were the table setups and the quality and cleanliness of the silverware and plates/glasses. I'm very disappointed and I will be notifying my company representative to not reorganize with the Radisson unless promises can be made that it will be better. Attention to detail is not a lot to ask.

Fun revolving restaurant on top floor. Rooms are sort of an odd layout as the hotel is one big cylinder. Very modern and minimalist rooms. I'd recommend a higher floor if you're concerned about highway noise. Great views of Cincinnati if you're on that side of the hotel. Lots of parking and easy access to the interstate.

We had a fantastic stay here! The room with the city view was well worth the extra money! The staff was all very nice and helpful. We went to the upstairs revolving restaurant for drinks. While the bar doesn't revolve it does have a fantastic view of the city. It was also fun sitting there watching the diners rotate by us. While at the bar an evening manager happened to walk by and asked if we were enjoying our stay. We informed him it was our anniversary and was very much so enjoying the hotel. He asked for our room number and when we returned that evening we had a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting in our room! It was a fantastic surprise! There is also a very fun little strip of bars about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. It was safe to walk there and nice having so many fun things to do within walking distance from the hotel. We would stay here again!!

Where do I begin? Reserved a king bed room for my husband and I. Arrived to our room. A hard, torn office chair is the only seating with a back. There is a bench at the foot of the bed. You can only get ice on odd number floors, but only if you find a working machine. It may take going up and down the elevator 3 to 4 times and then again to get back to your room. The phone doesn't work so don't bother looking for a phone directory you've only wasted prescious minutes. We arrived on a Tuesday expecting to eat at the revolving restaurant only to find out they weren't open for dinner. I do have to say the view of the Cincinnati skyline was awesome and the staff was extremely polite and courteous.

Was less than pleased. The freezer part of the fridge needs to be defrosted. The shower drain took a long time to drain. The toilet sits way too low. There was a dirty spot on the toilet. However, the pillows & bed were heavenly!!

I just love this store. Some things are quirky and interesting. Grocery items are sometimes priced right others a bit higher than I expected. Staff is super friendly overall its a 5 out of 5 from me.

Melanie at the front desk provided wonderful service, however we weren't able to get into our room until almost 2 hours after check in time. We were gifted 3 drink vouchers and a free appetizer. Our suite was spacious but the beds aren't the most comfortable. Regardless I would stay here again.

We ate brunch in the revolving restaurant. It has been newly redecorated and was beautiful. The quality of the food was fantastic as always. The prime rib could be cut with your fork. The wait staff could not do enough to satisfy you they worked very hard to make it an enjoyable experience.

start it off Saje the breakfast server did a phenomenal Job keeping my drink filled and did not have me wait one time and the food was hot and delicious.. Kudos to him keep it up Saje! And lets just talk about Tyler the food and beverage manager.. One of the nicest most wonderful personality manager I have ever

Nice hotel overall, rooms are nice. Bathrooms are in need of updating. The area is ok for food options and there is a trolley pickup nearby to take you downtown for $1.00. Largest complaint, the hotel shuttle took about 40 minutes to pick us up from the airport after we called.

Service was good! The pool could have definitely been warmer. The hotel tub was too hot and made serious noise. The room could have been cleaner. My 3 year old found items under the bed from previous guests. There were also crumbs on the floor. It did appear they were doing some remodeling but I'm unsure if that will include any of the rooms.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Our room was clean, quiet, and inviting. Plus, the view was incredible! The staff was friendly and the location is great for spending time in downtown Cincinnati, Covington or Newport. You can choose to have breakfast delivered to your room in the morning (and you can choose the time it is delivered). It is a wonderful service and made our stay that much more enjoyable.
