I don't often stay at Candlewoods but this experience was pleasant. They allow pets, the rooms were spacious and fully stocked, and the one staff member we encountered was very friendly. Wish there was a breakfast included, but the price was still very fair.

    HOME AWAY FROM HOME!
    Loved everything about this hotel!
Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, the room we had was a perfect layout. Great tv- good channels for kids! They had maxwell house coffee and coffeemate creamer!! Best. Great selection in their pantry/ store and really fair prices! Free laundry. Full size fridge! RIGHT by Walmart And shopping. Great restaurant choices right across street. We tried 3 hotels this month and candlewood takes the cake! We will definitely be back.

Clean, friendly and centrally located. Price is good ($95/night). They don't don't have free breakfast but they do have a board game and movie lending library that is free. I also felt the in house pantry had a good selection.

If you want privacy do NOT come here!!!!
The employees are rude, they like to make excuses & point the finger at each other, & they will just walk right in your room KNOWING you haven't checked out yet!!! Even the "Do Not Disturb" sign doesn't do any good!!!
Overall, I had the WORST experience I've ever had at any kind of hotel or extended stay suites & I'll never go back there again!!

The staff is incredibly nice. I off handedly asked one of the women how to get more coffee in passing; she brought it up to my room literally minutes later. After my first week there they came to clean my room: everything was immaculate, and they even emptied the dish washer for me!

Hotel was nice, staff was very kind. A/C was a bit of a pain to get cold (required a bit of fidgeting with settings and a call to the front desk). Otherwise, not a bad stay!

Thank you for everything the staff at this location provides, from the front desk to the maintenance men. We evacuated from Georgia to Alabaster, Alabama from Hurricane Mathew October 2016 with our children and dogs. I am so grateful and humbled by the support and kindness this hotel gave our family. The rooms were clean and large. The entire staff on every shift was patient and kind. The cleaning ladies were so sweet to our children and animals. Honestly, the most amazing experience during an extremely stressful situation. I can not thank everyone enough for the support and humanity that was exemplified. Thank you all for everything! Thank you for supporting the military community. Everyone that works at this location was an absolute blessing, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Alexandra, the Jack of all trades, you rock!!!
