We used to live in Goshen so we have Holtman's almost daily, when we are in the eastern Cincinnati we will go out of our way to come here and get donuts. We will each finish a donut before we even leave the parking lot. GOOOOD donuts..

This place has absolutely great donuts. However, their prices are not posted and you never know how much you're spending until it's time to pay. How much work would it really take to post a menu board or have prices posted? That's my recommendation.

Love this shop, why change anything when you have it this perfect. You can tell the passion is all about the doughnuts and pastrys, nothing else really matters. They move more doughnuts than I've ever seen Dunkin! If you haven't tried their "BACON DOUGHNUT"!!! YOUR MISSING OUT!! Ladies are lovely, anyone who disagrees should understand they work hard all day to keep their reputation, have empathy for a place that stays consistently busy, it's worth it!!!

Please see full review- My boyfriend and I were on our way home to Lexington, KY from Goshen HS Senior Night tonight when we saw the donut sign for a small shop so we stopped and boy were we surprised!!! Probably the BEST donuts we’ve ever had- hands down!!! After the first bite in the car we wanted to turn around and get more!!! Sadly, the only thing that kept us from returning (& 5 stars) was the service. The lady seemed annoyed that we were there and treated us very curtly and me personally as if I were incompetent. While they’re the best donuts ever I don’t see myself going out of the way for them due to the service! Keep making great 🍩🍩🍩

These family recipe doughnuts are made of high quality ingredients by hardworking cheerful locals. The selection is wide and people with food sensitivities will not get ill. They are freshly made every two hours or so as well. This ia a small beloved friendly donut store.

Used to be the best donuts in Cincinnati. For one, they need a new store. You go in, wait in line in a tiny space with about 15 belligerent rednecks for up to 20 minutes. Then, you try to order and wind up with the wrong donuts. The donuts themselves used to be tasty and fluffy but now they are grease-soaked sponges. I couldn't even eat mine.

Great but only if you like simple glazed donuts! Don't waste your time going to the Loveland location unless you get there by 8 a.m. Made a special 20 minute drive trip to Holtman's with my daughters since I've had great donuts at their downtown location. Got there at 10:30 a.m. and figured there would still be a good variety considering they're open till late in the evening, but nope, just a bunch of glazed and lemon-filled with a few powdered. Very disappointing. There was a line with plenty of people still buying donuts by the dozen, so it's not as if they need to limit what they make to limit waste. The girls working the counter just seemed annoyed that they had customers and wanted to be anywhere but there. Not sure what they'll sell the rest of the day since they were almost out of donuts by 11:00! Gave 2 stars since donuts I've had previously from another location were delicious.

They are delicious! Quaint place with a terrific atmosphere. We sat outside and enjoyed them. No seating inside. Lots of employees and the line moved fast.

Holtman's offers among the best donuts in the area! These are the kind of donuts that just melt in your mouth. The shop has outgrown demand so be sure you get there early enough or you'll be waiting in a line. This specific location could use a little more storefront.

I was a regular happy customer, even took donuts to several special occasions with friends.. often.
After my experience this evening, I will not be returning. Damn I'll miss the donuts, they're delicious, but it's time to find a new bakery I'll drive further to avoid the rude customer service. It's draining and unacceptable. Tonight is the third time I've stopped there in the evening and the ladies working were obviously bothered that I was there. I should mention.. there's a young lady with a pony tail and a tattoo on the back of her neck, she's awesome and has always been a pleasure! She gives great customer service. The ladies working tonight and previous occasions, not so much. Bad service and very rude, consistently.
