I would not advise to purchase through this company. If you wish to risk a purchase ensure any verbal communication is in writing.
After reviewing the TAOTAO ATV online, we decided to find a local dealer. This company had what we were looking for in stock and ensured us they are the best. No other dealers warranty like they do and they go beyond factory, covering repairs for a year. Knowing that we could purchase on line and save several hundred in comparison to the local dealer, we went with the dealer. This saves any issues trying to deal with someone you cannot see, in addition to warranty repair.
Purchased beginning of May and giving to our daughter for her birthday at the end of May, it ran a handful of times for just over three months. Then it wouldn’t start, we contacted the dealer and verified over the phone it was under warranty and no charges would be incurred, they would get it fixed. We dropped off the ATV, no paperwork was filled out. After two weeks, followed up and was informed they tried a couple things and think it needs a motor. They informed us they were getting a motor in and would get it fixed. We continued following up with phone calls and continued to get more stories. Finally the owner took over the call and after I explained dropping it off 10 weeks earlier and they said it was warranty, he said otherwise. He expressed they don’t warranty for a year, no one would say that, and he’ll get to it when he can, he was taking off to go hunting and wasn’t even supposed to be in, come pick it up man, I know your salty…this went on for 15 minutes. Needless to say enough was enough and I went in the next day and picked it up. Interesting enough another lie was verified when the owner was at the shop, after he said he was taking off until next week to go hunting. It just verified the type of company we purchased from. When I picked up the ATV he printed out an invoice and wrote on it, we couldn’t fix, it had 3 hours of labor and he was nice enough to say they were not going to charge me.
It took approximately 60 minutes for me to remove the plastic, pull the engine and find the seat to the exhaust valve pushed out and broken. Really not sure how a qualified technician on ATV’s spent 3 hours and couldn’t evaluate and know how to fix.
I would not do business here again.

Bought a couple 4-wheelers from Joe and Lisa. Great people. Joe even took the time to show my kids how to ride safely and gave me advice on buying a third unit from a guy on Craigslist. Joe is a stand up guy.
