Thos was the worst experience. They sold me 3 bad cars in one week! They told me they fixed my car and basically put a band aid on it and let me drive in an unsafe vehicle. The manager is a rude bi*** and they don't have quality cars. They take your money and give you a crappy car then say no refunds. You will pay double price for an old bad condition car. Even if you have bad credit don't be a victim like I was. Feb 2013

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT, do ANY type of business with these people. I had bought a 09 Chevy Cobalt from HD motors and was told that was the price of the car was 8k, comes to find out, HD Motors still owes on the car, and they don't even own it. They ended up using my down payment towards what they own on the car, making the car go from 8k to 17k, and now i have them under investigation. I am most certainly not letting this go at all. Horrible service, disrespectful people, just non-business men. I hope they get shut down and never be able to sell another car again (if they haven't skipped town, seeing as how NOBODY can get a hold of them nor are they in thee office.)

I give this place no stars . I put money down on a truck there wasn't given temp tags 4 days later they lied and to me a came to took the truck with my house keys attached left me and my kids stranded. I called all that day no answer. Sent my husband out to get my down payment back and was told no . Now when you call they are not there and some one else is buying the property. I will not rest til I get my money back . Will be suing Stacey M Henry John Henry and Bryon along with Legacy motor and Leacy autos. this are the name under which this company operates under.

I recently went here and traded my Audi A4 in for a Mercury Mariner. Trunk latch didnt work and there is a loud clinking in the front wheel area, no big deal, still bought it. Took it back in the following week to get these looked at and only the trunk latch was looked at, not my wheel problem. Then we had heavy snow today and while driving, not only was the car not braking in the snow, the tires kept sliding out from under me. Thank God my infant son wasnt in the car, I was scared with just myself in the car. Tried to call and leave a message and their mailbox is full. I understand its a buy as is lot but at least make sure you know the problems with your cars before flipping and reselling. Very disappointed. Thought I was buying a safer vehicle for my son

Matt and Bryon are a couple stand up guys who stand by their business and their cars. If there's an issue they will work with you to resolve it if given the chance and understanding.
I was treated more than fair and had a recent repossession but they still got me approved!response / report this review
