Horrible experience with the sales department. I went in to test drive and inquire about the 2017 Tiguan. I brought concerns forward after my test drive and they shot me down while proceeding to make me look like I was stupid for asking about the AC and brakes. There is absolutely NO reason women should be treated differently while buying or leasing vehicles. I will easily never go back to this dealership. VW is not getting my business.

They only care about selling you the car they have. They arent at all concerned about the car you need.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. They lie constantly, and don't won't to assume responsibility even if the car is still under warranty. My power steering pump went out at 32k, at first they tried to say that nothing was wrong with the car. I had to involve me corporate office to have the issue fix. And now a month after I sold my car they are dragging to issue my gap insurance payment; at first they said it could take up to a month and today I was to told it take 8 weeks!!!!???
The finance manager was very disrespectful and even hung up the phone on me!!!!!
Save yourself grieve and find a different dealer that won't rip you off!!!response / report this review -

Not impressed with the service side. Several times we have had diagnoses for inflated or unnecessary work. Several times we have scheduled appointments and then they weren't prepared. Example: Scheduled to change spark plugs, appointment confirmed. Arrive: No record of appointment or work to be done. Spark plugs not in stock. Huh? How can that be for such a common part. Had to leave with no work done. Did not reschedule, went elsewhere. Issue: Car is slow to start. They can't reproduce, recommend to change battery, cost $270. I get the battery checked elsewhere for free, it's perfect, no need to change. Actual cause (not found by them, found by me): fuel pump. Get the pump changed, problem solved. Brakes: their price is 50% higher than elsewhere. In summary: Not a good experience. I do not recommend.

While the quality of repairs is done well enough. I have had three different repairs done to my car here and each time it is the same deal, I make several trips there only to find out they are missing a part or forgot to send a part to be painted, etc. Many of the time, I called ahead to confirm that all the parts were in. $10 off of $400 repairs (for the inconvenience) will barely cover all the gas I use driving to and from the dealership.

Came in to get a car checked out that we were planning to purchase from a nearby lot. The u did a basic check for free than notified me there might be some issues. For a small fee they did a full inspection.

Bought a brand new 2017 GTI working with the team at Beechmont VW. I felt incredibly comfortable the entire time and was never rushed or pressured at all. They helped me test drive multiple cars from both VW and Subaru until I was set on the one I wanted. The team there was able to work with me on everything that I requested and successfully traded another dealership for the exact car that I was interested in. Having been to other locations with poor experiences, I would most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in either Volkswagen or Subaru.

Honest good people. What they tell you on the phone about your questions and prices are exactly what they deliver when you get to the car dealership. No pressure sales great knowledge of their cars. Very good experience

Beechmont VW Service department is next to none! Service Manager John Collins is a great man to do business with and makes your car his car in getting it repaired for the best price possible. It just makes any repair seem more fair when you get to deal with an honest person. I have owned VW's since 1971 and will continue to do business with Volkswagen in the future at Beechmont.
