No one likes getting their car repaired but Castrucci Ford offers Customers one of the best waiting experience found anywhere. Dedicated work stations for your laptop, comfortable seating and tables. Wide selection of Kuerig coffee, tea, hot chocolate, pastries, cookies, fruit, and candy. Dedicated playroom for kids. Plenty of magazines and large screen TV. Oil change and tire rotation is MUCH less expensive than the chain rapid oil change places. Other more involved diagnosis and remedy are spot on. Having been a customer for years I highly recommend Castrucci Ford for your car repair!

BUYER BEWARE!!
I bought from this lot because of a friend referral. Sales lot is a bunch of scam artist. Worst kind. Paid taxes on a price that was higher than the proposed purchase price. Then they jack up the pay off to the bank and make me sign a "legal document" that if the pay off is different I will be responsible for the difference.

This past month I bought a new car at Mike Castrucci Ford. It was a wonderful experience. Jim and Ryan in Sales were really exceptional in helping me find the perfect car. My family has bought multiple cars and trucks at Mike Castrucci Ford in the past 2 years. We highly recommend them as they are definitely our go-to dealer when it's time to buy a new car.

When I arrived there I got prompt service they knew I had been up all night long and done their best to take care of my service that was needed and got me out the door as promptly as possible. It was greatly appreciated.

Had awesome experience, they honored their internet price and work with us even though we were not finiacing our purchase threw them nor we're we trading in a vehicle. They didn't pressure us in any way, it was by far the easiest vehicle buying we have ever done. Highly recommend . Just do your research and know that the internet price is without taxes so plan for that!

Really wish that I could give this dealership a 0 star review. This was hands down the worst dealership experience of my life. The salesman was pushy, rude, and was extremely unprofessional when I asked for some time to think about the purchase. The "finance guy" never spoke to me while I was at the dealer and then texted me (maybe you should talk to customers while they're still there). I never agreed to purchase the vehicle but they ran my credit with several different banks which has significantly impacted my credit. Overall extremely unprofessional, rude, pushy, and the stereotypical "hassle" sale that tries to confuse you with million different "incentives" when half of them don't apply. Glad I was able to escape with just some credit damage and bought a TOYOTA who had me in and out of the dealer with a deal that both sides could be happy with in half the time I spent trying to negotiate at Ford. I ended up paying more for the Toyota but it was worth every dime to be treated how consumers should be.

I have an amazing experience there. Mr Mike, the manager, and Mr. Gary, the salesman, are just great and honest and helpful. They helped me a lot to select a car and and to find a good loan for that. I just can't be happier and more satisfied. I definitely will come back again. If you are in a market to buy a new Ford or a used car you won't be able to find a better place. I highly recommend this dealership and specially those two gentlemen. Thank you Mike and Gary for your honesty and your great help.
