I love this place! The attention to detail and uniqueness throughout the entire place is just amazing. The food and drinks were delicious, and the wait staff were super friendly. You'd expect going here to be expensive, but it really isn't too bad. Definitely my new favorite theater!

Very clean! staff is extremely nice! Been here quite a few times past few months .our son LOVES the waterfall! Awesome how each theatre is different themed! Prices are great, food is also amazing! Would give more stars if I could!!!

Great place to enjoy a creative menu of food and drink with your family or group of friends. The themes in every theater room is a great touch for an amazing atmosphere. Comfortable seating and clean establishment. Great staff and good pricing. They always have deals as well. I love the time capsule of movies stored thought the theme of the place. Takes you back every time you walk in the door

I came here with a couple of good ol pals to enjoy a movie. the server was very nice and helpful. as for the food, my order did take some time to come in. Although I Wouldn't blame the chefs for having to cook so much. My fries came in cold and stale, the main course was fine. other than that its a nice experience and would probably just get some classic popcorn and a ice cold refreshing coke™

The staff was really rude to me we spent all this time in one line waiting to buy our tickets and the second we get up there the guy closes his line and tells me to go to another guys line then all the people behind me rush to another line where I'd also be stuck waiting to buy tickets. I left that was absolutely ridiculous if the guy had to clock out get someone to cover your register. go to Tinseltown in north aurora or Randall 15 its less expensive and they don't require you have to buy something.

We usually go to Hollywood palms for most of our movies and before the service was great and so was the food. We usually loved almost any drink or food item we ordered.
I don't know what changes they have made but the last 4 times we have been greater with sub par food and service. This last time even failing to provide an adequate coffee.
We love that they have changed the appearance and chairs but would like it if they had kept some of the charm.

My boyfriend & I went to celebrate his birthday. The recliners with trays are very comfortable. We both ordered the "A Fish Called Wanda" which is a salmon sandwich. We've had this many times here & usually it's really good. This time they served it with the skin on it. That's disgusting. Please go back to how you used to serve it. Please put the lettuce, tomato & onion on the side. Also please give the pickle wedge again too. I was very disappointed in the food. Hollywood Blvd has better fries too.

Absolutely love this place!!! Me and my boyfriend discovered this theater because we didn't want to go to studio movie grill in Wheaton anymore (that place sucks) and we are in love with it. Food selection and quality is awesome, great servers, the reclining chairs are fantastic, and the ambiance is beautiful. I love all the trees and waterfall in the lobby and how each theater is themed with different movie types. Plus they give awesome discounts and free movies to military, police, firefighters, and ems!(my boyfriend is a deputy). It's very nice to have a business really appreciate our first responders! Overall, this is a great theater and we are going here for all movies we see in the future!!

Haven't been to this cinema for at least a year. Very happy we visited last night! They have new fully reclining comfy chairs with trays across your lap and drink holders! Experience was so much better with this new addition. New and improved menue, food was fresh and delicious! Priced appropriately for size of portions, which were filling! Service was wonderful! Highly recommend. Side note: refills of popcorn cost a dollar and no to go cups available for left over drink. Enjoy!

I usually love this theater, but today wasn't allowed to order a drink even though i had a valid drivers license. That's worth a meh review until they make up for it.

We won't go anywhere else. Recliner chairs and seat service for less than you pay for a standard theatre. The facilities are always clean and I've enjoyed everything I've ever ordered. I've only had positive experiences with the employees. This is our theatre of choice!

This place USED to be awesome! The key phrase being "used to be" They recently changed ownership, so with the ownership change comes new chairs, about a 50% increase in food prices, they cut the food portions in half, cut the quality, Got rid of the delicious real butter topping on the popcorn and replaced it with some synthetic crap. They also added a "call button" feature on your seat. However even with the call button the service is pretty awful. You will find yourself waiting excessively for your drinks and food every time. They are trying to compete with the Studio grill in Wheaton purely by increasing their pricing but they failed in all other aspects. If you are looking for a nice night out with exceptional service i would highly recommend the Studio Grill over this place. its a real shame the new ownership ruined this spot for me and my family.

The food is great. The theater was newly remodeled and I love it here. I have been getting GREAT feed back from Dr's I have referred there.
Condoms to the cook. And the staff love it my #1 place to be.

Amazing ambiance. Being able to reserve your seats is nice. The girl ripping tickets did not seem like she wanted to be there though. The process of everyone ordering their food before the movie and serving them during the movie is pretty messy. Having servers run back and forth while you try to watch a movie is quite distracting. I prefer a more traditional movie theater like Kendall 11, which has nicer staff and new seats that are just as comfy.
