The beds are not my favorite. Also, though there is a free shuttle. It works great to go to the airport, but not so great coming from the airport. You have to take a train and then wait for a shuttle that comes every 30 mins, so depending on when you get in that could be a long wait to go to a hotel that is only 5 mins away. The restaurant food is a little pricey and a free breakfast that starts earlier than 6AM would be nice as well since a lot of people staying there are getting up and out of there really early for flights. I think they charge $17 for the breakfast. The free juice and flavored water in the lobby was really good.

This is by far some of the best staff I have encountered while traveling. I was in the city and Burroughs for a week of business, however, coming back to the hotel was wonderful and made me feel welcomed and relaxed. The amenities are very nice and up to date for the most part. The lobby and dinning area are very clean and open. Wonderful breakfast. A very friendly staff and nice easy access to JFK.

If your intent is to be in the city of Manhattan moreover, this will be quite the trek for you and could get costly.

Average accommodations, bathtub wouldn't fill dur to faulty stopper. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. The hotel bar/restaurant was not great, better to order out and have food delivered. Free airport shuttle was great, it runs every 30 minutes.

Great location if you have an early flight. Very close to the rental car facility.

This is a fairly new facility, and the rooms are clean and typically furnished for a HGI, however, the rooms are about 20% smaller than the standard rooms I have stayed in, and they use the solid base bed frames that seemingly destroy your shins hidden under the sheets when you walk by.

They also do not have enough parking if they are more than 75% full, so you may have to park in the street in a bit of a rough neighborhood. They did honor my parking rate that was included in my rate I chose, so I was still able to park on site.
