Checked in for a 3 night stay with my wife, 7 year old son and 3 month old son, the first night we got back to the room around midnight and found roaches throughout the room but it was already too late to pack up and change rooms so we stayed up killing them, the next morning we advised the front desk that we needed to move and they were apologetic for the inconvenience and moved us. Night 2, we found 2 spiders in the bed and 2 in the restroom, by this time we were done with moving so we just made sure we pulled all the bedding off every night to make sure we were not going to get bit while we sleep but my wife still got bit on her foot which caused her foot to swell up. If you're ok with sharing your room with unwanted guest this is the hotel for you.

The hotel was reasonably priced and in a good location (not far from the freeway). The room was nice, clean, and very comfortable. The customer service was also excellent. We received a free voucher for breakfast and a free drink (non alcoholic or alcohol). I will stay in this hotel if I am in the area again.

We went on a cruise and the shuttle took us straight to the port free of charge. The room was nice, front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There is a really good restaurant on property. Would recommend staying at this hotel. Would have liked a refrigerator in the room though.

Not handicap or service dog friendly

We couldn't retrieve our belongings from our vehicle because they never provided us with a cart, although we waited until midnight before giving up. Our car got stuck and damaged in their parking garage, even though I asked the manager to inspect our vehicle before driving underground to parking garage. They only have 1 operating elevator, which goes to parking garage so you can unload your car and bring belongings directly to your floor but since we couldn't fit We couldn't use the ONE elevator unless we went to the lobbywith a service dog this was tricky because there were hundreds of people going in and out. The room was filthy and we paid hundreds of dollars to wear our shoes the entire night because the carpet was so filthy it made my feet black. Lastly, I got an email stating that they are not responsible for the damage done because the height was posted (but only for entrance, not for parking, the parking spots are covered by vents so it makes the clearance 2 feet lower!) This really upset me because in no way did I ask or imply I desired compensation for the luggage carrier. It added insult to injury. I believe I deserve a full refund for the night we stayed there because they made no attempt to help a disabled person get their belongings to the room and were in fact extremely rude about it all. If you are staying in downtown LB, choose a different hotel. Especially if you are physically restricted or traveling with a service dog!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. The room was clean but there was trash on the desk and the floor didn't look clean. We used the shuttle service and that was great. We didn't have to use our car at all. We took the shuttle to Shore Line Village, the driver dropped us off and then picked us up when we were ready to go back to our room. Great time!!

I'm a travel agent . So I stay at many hotels. But this was not what I expected. They only give me two wash clothes. The house keeper would next give me any more then I called front desk and then they give me to more. The small of weed was coming out of people rooms. Plus there is no good food on the menu to choose from. The ladies that work for the shuttle service was really nice and friendly. But the housekeeping services was very poor. I'm sure the hotel can improve these issues if they wanted to.

Location is good as far as proximity to downtown, etc. Rooms are comfortable, many have new AC units. There is a pool and a spa. And a free shuttle that can take you within so many miles of the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Lobby looked really nice but when we got to the room it was a different story. Room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The tack strip was exposed between the tile and the carpet and didn't feel too good when I stepped on it before seeing it. To turn the shower on you had to pull the knob but it took most of my strength to do it and I'm a 260 lb guy who lifts weights. I have stayed at many holiday inn locations and by far this is the worst!

Wonderful staff. Incredibly helpful. Needed a last minute place to stay as our other hotel was awful. They took care of us and upgraded us to a deluxe room for no extra charge.

Rooms were clean and spacious. staff was professional. Parking is safe. Only complaint is the horrible card key system that forces me to try at least 20 times to get in each time. By the next morning I couldn't get it to work anymore and the maids ended up using their master key to let me in. If it weren't for this inconvenience, the stay would have been perfect.
