Stayed four days due to back surgery. The staff was fantastic and personal. The rooms were always clean and enjoyable. The resturant made top shelf food and drinksAmazingI would recommend this Hotel to anyoneThank You for making the stay great.

My daughter's soccer team from VA stayed here for a showcase. All the staff at the hotel was exceptionally accommodating and professional! We arrived late and had a number of grocery items delivered straight to the hotel. Stacey, at the front desk, arranged for them to be brought up to one of the chaperone's rooms, including the items that needed to be refrigerated were in the fridge! Dick Jones, Director of Food & Beverages, made sure our players got everything they needed. Another employee brought me a bowl of oatmeal when I asked for it. When we needed additional towels, Dan delivered them to each room. There were many others who made sure our stay was comfortable; I'm sorry I didn't catch all of their names. Every employee at the hotel went above and beyond for all of us! The rooms were clean and lobby was organized. We can't thank them enough. This is the BEST hotel we've stayed at by far! See you next year!!!

I can’t say I have a single complaint about this spot. Although nothin stands out as excellent either. The service is friendly when approached, but not stellar customer service. The room was in perfect condition, but nothing to “ooh & ahh” over. If you are looking for a clean hotel to meet your no frills expectations this is the place. But don’t expect anything more.

Just wanted to inform you that it was impossible to communicate with a few of your housekeepers that do not speak English. I've stayed at this hotel before and there wasn't any problems. Maintenance was seen entering a room with a housekeeper. Management didnt seem to care when told about these issues. Other than that rooms are great. Thank you

Stayed here for a week with Massage Envy for manager training!!! Best experience!! Exceeded my expectations right when I walked in!!! Super nice updates with nearby shopping that the hotel driver Dan loved taking everyone too!!! Honestly Dan made the stay that much more enjoyable!!! He LOVES his job and you get that vibe from everyone but Dan aka "Dan the Man" as all of us ladies called him, takes it to another level. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service!!!!

This is by far the greatest holiday inn I have stayed at. Dan the shuttle driver is hands down awesome! Silverio is very attentive and the rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast was great and Ivy was a great server worth a wonderful nail color. Love this place, will be back.

I came here to have a medical procedure done and the staff has been beyond accommodating. I've received as good service here than any 5 star hotel I've ever been to. The food is great, the service quick, and rooms are impeccably clean. It has been such a pleasure to be a guest here, I only wish them much success in the future!

rooms were modern, clean and well kept. the overall facility was nice, no problems with anything inside while we were there. I docked it a star for a few reasons. We came to stay during Arizona Bike Week. I called ahead to find out about the parking situation as we were towing a trailer with my motorcycle inside and wanted to make sure there would be room for us to park. The polite staff person that answered the phone told us that there should be no problems that we could park in the back . with that response I assumed they had pull through spots or places that could accommodate our large vehicular needs. When we arrived we found the parking lot to be very small and most of the spaces were already occupied. There are no pull through spaces and no areas to easily accommodate a trailer, so if you're traveling with a trailer or RV keep that in mind. The second reason is the outrageous gouging of prices during Arizona Bike Week I see that their regular rates are around $95 a night, but during bike week it was almost $300 a night. And just a heads up for staff / management , you should have kept the lounge / bar open past 10 people were coming back and partying in the parking lot because you closed it at 10 and could have made quite a few bucks off of those of us that would have sat and had drinks at the bar

We loved this place! Wonderful staff! We booked this through the vacation club. There is a mix up on the vacation club part. The staff here fixed and accommodated us very nicely. Wonderful location! I definitely will be back on my own. Thanks for the nice weekend away!

Kristy from the courtyard Marriott on Pima road was very nice and efficient. It is a very nice place and the help is awesome. The rooms are just right. I would defiantly go back again and again. Love the parking availability, it is very convenient.

Horrible customer service. Incredibly rude staff. Harass you if you have a service dog and make you feel awful for needing one. Undercooked and dangerous food served when they let you eat. Absolute disregard for do not disturb signs. Stained bed and bedding and stains on the seat, and housekeeping conveniently disappear when you need them to do their job. If you want the worst place you've ever stayed to steal your money and rob you blind you found it. If you want to find a reputable hotel with staff trained in customer service go anywhere else and save yourself the trouble.
Update: they charged my card over 2500$ for a one night stay. There was no damage to the room and the rest of my stay here was cancelled. I was told I would be fully refunded by the manager. This was obviously a lie.
