An extremely pleasant stay.
This hotel matched and exceeded the standards i expect from the Holiday Inn brand. The hotel/grounds are clean and well-kept, the staff is very friendly, and the rooms are clean, smelling fresh.

The room was clean and quiet. We had breakfast at the buffet two mornings in a row. The food was good both times. Our waitress was very hospitable. I would recommend a stay here.

Was able to get upgraded to a suite. Staff was professional and friendly. I've stayed here several times before. Great value, friendly service, comfortable beds, good TV selection, restaurant is pretty good as well. Rooms were clean. Will be back again.

My family recently attended the Holiday Inn & Suites in Orange Park for the Thanksgiving Holiday. This is the second year we have come to their Thanksgiving feast and the food and service has always been phenonmenal. I am in the service industry and although I don't want to take anyone from their families on a holiday, I am grateful for the staff and establishment and all the hard work and wonderful service. Our family lives all over the world, making it difficult to get everyone together for a holiday, so we choose to meet at the Holiday Inn for their banquet. As I said the service is always wonderful as is the food.

This is a very nice hotel and the staff is awesome. I would honestly rate this 5 stars if it weren't for the elevators. The elevators are so slow and if you are on the 6th floor you have to wait a long time for it.

This Holiday Inn and Suites was a great place to stay! I stayed here for about 6 weeks for work. The staff always went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would definitely stay with them again if I return to the area.

The wifi at this hotel is complete garbage. Full signal strength and you can hardly complete a single google search. This is coming from every person here in my party spread across various floors in the hotel.
The breakfast is completely overpriced.
When you first show up, you will walk into a sauna of a room because they dial the AC temp way up, and it will take all day for the refrigerator to get cold because they unplug that as well.
I recommend staying elsewhere if you want to enjoy your stay.response / report this review -

We were upgraded to a handicap suite, so that is always a plus. Oddly, it had an elliptical machine in one of the rooms Seems ironic? Room was clean, bedding was comfortable enough. There were several places to eat in a short drive, we went to Mills Basin. The hotel had a bar, no decent beers on tap though. Pool looked nice, wish I had time to try it out. Overall a decent hotel.

Nice sized rooms. Staff is very friendly & that is ALL STAFF. House keeping does a great job keeping the room tidy. The bed I had was king sized, a little firm for my liking but the sheets, blankets and pillows were always clean, house keeping changed them daily when I was at training. Food at the restaurant is up to personal preference; staff there were very friendly. Only there for a week. Traffic in any city is horrible but use your turn signals about 100 ft from the entrance let the dummy behind you know you're gonna turn. They sometimes back off. I had been to other hotels & immediately regretted paying for lodging but this place is pretty good.

Wells Road in Orange Park FL. Having bad experiences hosting events at this location. Each time I call its a different reason why the conference rooms not available. This will be my last and final time booking a event here. Was told i could pay my remaining balance of $60 when I arrive for my event..i just received a call from the manager Aimee who called me while on vacation stating she needs a credit card now before they set my room for my event; mind you I have already paid 90% (cash)of my bill. This was very unprofessional to call me hours before my event after she told me a week ago not to worry about the balance pay it when I come in.

Sunday brunch Disaster. Waited 33 minutes to get in. Food quality was good, for what was left. Arrived 2 hours + before they close it down and they were out of about 1/2 of the items which were displayed on the menu. They were also out of water How do you run out of water? No manager came to the table after we expressed our disappointed. Don't know what to say..
