  Stopped in to buy a mattress, which honestly has never been a pleasant experience in the past. I can honestly say that Alex and Joe made this experience a pleasure.
  
  They were very helpful, no pressure and took their time to educate us.
  
  I would recommend anyone looking for a mattress to stop in and speak to them first.

  Outstanding customer service!!! Mark went way above and beyond to help us find the perfect mattress and adjustable frame - AND he helped us with Financing as well. So glad we chose Mattress Firm!!

  I went in to buy my first brand new mattress and was incredibly pleased with how much the salesman knew about the beds. He was able to answer all of my questions and made me feel more comfortable and satisfied with my selection. If you are looking to a new mattress they are whom you want to see.   What a great experience. Alex and Jasmine were amazing. They answered all my questions, taught me a few things (how to roll over in bed) and never made me feel pressured. If you're looking for a bed, this is your place!

  Walked in, knew what I wanted and Joe Steinhart was a great help showing me all my choices. I knew I wanted a firm mattress and Joe guided me to the right one for my back problems. He was very nice and professional and told me all my options. Great experience. Thanks Joe

  Walked into the store on Sunday about and hour before they close Joseph Steinhart took excellent care of me, explained all the differences between each mattress they have. Found the perfect one that worked for us, and even got it special ordered in less then a week. The excellent service did not stop there, I had an issues with the delivery hours that I selected originally so I called Joe the day prior of the delivery and asked if I could have them changed. He called me back in less then 5 minutes to let me know the time frame had been pushed back. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new mattress to visit Joe.
