Modern art deco style. Modern fixtures etc. Very small but clean and we'll planned rooms. Nice staff. Appeals to the young and the sophisticated business traveler. No free breakfast, just coffee.

Affordable clean and spacious hotel option especially when traveling to the Jacksonville area with kids or pets. Staff is friendly yet professional. Rooms are simply but nicely finished and beds were comfortable. We have enjoyed two stays here within the past two months.

The staff was great when the venue we were working at cancelled our conference room. The Aloft was able to get us a conference room quickly and our meeting was a success! Thank you Aloft!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

I don't go to many bars, but was absolutely blown away by the bartender Frederick. His energy was very friendly and gave me step by step directions to the nearest nice restaurant. Best expierence I've had at any hotel I've been to and I'm in my early 60's. Wow.

It's a three star hotel that isa three star hotel. The rooms are super contemporary with that sort of IKEA vibe (getting more done with less space). That's fine, if you're into that. The gym and pool are decent and the lobby/bar are decent. I will say that the walls offer minimal sound insulation. Like, I heard things I should NOT have heard. The redeeming feature is the staff. At every turn, they have been fantastic and if you can deal with not-the-best-but-not-the-worst rooms, go for it.

I recently planned a party in their event space, to my surprise it was so difficult! The Catering Sales Manager, Lauren, did not provide the level of customer service required for an event coordinator or essential contract information such as their outside catering policy. I did not like the array of desserts they provided and asked if I could have an outside baker; Lauren approved. Then, she later added a $300 outside catering fee clause to my event details AFTER the contract was signed due to "miscommunication" with a previous client. I asked Lauren to remove the policy mention because it did not coincide with the initial contract I'd signed. She refused and threatened that I would not have my event as planned if I did not sign THEN she charged my card for the remaining balance WITHOUT authorization. A week before the party, I met with the Director of Sales, Mario, and expressed my displeasure with Lauren and requested another event coordinator. He agreed to be her replacement so my stress subsided due to his reassurance that everything would be better moving forward. Then, nearly a week after my event, Mario calls today for feedback and to discuss my remaining balance. He told me that Lauren forgot to charge tax. How could I have hosted the event with a remaining balance? I told him I was not giving Aloft another dime due to their error or ill-informed staff. I have an email from Lauren and a receipt stating that the remaining balance was paid in full two weeks ago. The sales and events staff and the unwritten policies they try to enforce when they discover the event is not beneficial to their bottom line are not worth your time, energy or money, RUN!!!

This hotel is great. The staff has been wonderful in accommodating us. They have been working nonstop during this difficult time with a great attitude and trying to make it comfortable for us during this stressful time. I would love to come back another time when there is no hurricane but if God forbid there came another one, I would love to be here.

Good location and on par with all other Aloft hotels. Staff was fantastic! Very nice and attentive. Rooms were ready at check in but cleanliness of the bathroom was average. Nothing major but theshower was overdue for a deep cleaning. Overall, a great stay.

I used to like this place, but it's really just style over substance. Don't get me wrong, it's a decent hotel with a cosmopolitan feel, but you can find better places forward what you're paying. Rooms are kinda small for the price. Location is good, since it's pretty much in the heart of Jax's prime area for work and play. Service was great too. But like I said, it's the ambiance you're paying for, not the room in this place

Clean, peaceful hotel. Comfy beds. Staff friendly and always offering to help make sure you have what you need. Only suggestions I would have is to have microwaves in the rooms or at least on each floor. Also, an additional bottled water each day would be great! One for each guest. Overall GREAT experience! I will be back (and with my dog next time)!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Had a very nice lobby with accessable bar and snack area. Very clean pool with plenty of space to relax. Will definitely use this hotel again as well as other Aloft hotel location's

Aloft is my favorite hotel of all time. We are always on the search for one when we are traveling. I love the spg program. Dogs are welcome here so it makes it very convenient when we travel with our fur baby. Rooms are always clean and the decor is the cutest. Modern vibes. The bar is great. Pool table is at every location and the pools and patios are always clean and pretty. Nice workout area as well.
