Hotel staff and location are good. They appear to be updating many aspects of the hotel and the rooms could use an update.

This is the second stay at this Country Inn and Suites. I stay in a lot of hotels and this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The rooms were big and clean. Shower had great pressure which is rare in hotels anymore. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was super fantastic. The area was quiet, safe and close to everything, the mall, SAMS club, restaurants, I-95.
This is our new go-to hotel for a weekend getaway :)response / report this review -

This place is your regular interstate hotel Nothing special Smelly rooms Poor WiFi speed But What sets it apart is to hospitality and customer service It's really unrivaled Idk if this is a country inn regular thing But from the desk to breakfast to the cleaning ladies it really seemed like they had a great with atmosphere which in turn showed to the guests

We've stayed twice, for my birthday two years running. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. It's semi secluded so if you didn't know it was there, you wouldn't realize it's there. Near Applebees, Panera, Starbucks . Close to olive garden, publix, Chuck E cheese. Has a pool. All rooms accessed from inside the building. The breakfast options in the morning vary, but are great. Can't wait to stay again!!

Would give zero stars if given the option. Absolutely horrible! I called hours before check in to verify service animals were welcome. On the phone and even upon check in, I was told they were welcome, but not allowed to stay in the room unattended in case of fire or other emergency. "Reasonable enough", I thought. However, as I'm moving my bags in, the manager stops me in the lobby and agrues that my dogs aren't service animals, insists on knowing my medical history, and when I refuse, tells me my service dogs are unwelcome. "People come here to get away from dogs," he says. Stop acting like this is a five star resort when your "smoke free" rooms wreak of cigarettes. I asked multiple times and several staff members if they needed to see the service animal paperwork which I had on hand, readily available upon check in and when questioned about their validity, but everyone refused. The manager is a complete and total unprofessiona idiot to argue with me in the middle of the lobby, and insist on me telling him my private medical conditions while other guests walked by.

Easy location to reach. The facility is old, obviously a 2nd or 3rd makeover from a previous (possibly Comfort Inn type) hotel. Employees are great, continental breakfast is meh. But better than spending $10 per child for eggs & bacon somewhere. Hallways have a weird musty odor. Rooms are standard, feel somewhat clean but not like I would expect if I were in a newer building. Wouldn't stay again, unless I could get the $70 rate!

This is not a new hotel, but they make the best of what they have. It's clean, well maintained, the staff is trained to be not just courteous, but friendly and helpful, and they pay for a boatload of cable channels. Free cookies and coffee all day and good wifi. I would recommend to friends that I still want to be friends with.

Everything was great, including staff, always smiling and very helpful, room and breakfast. Staff is very accommodating and eager to help with everything! We stayed 6 nights and I was never disappointed with anything. Great job, keep it up!

The staff is very very nice so they makeup for what things they may lack in amenities. They have an amazing breakfast and they also have events in the evenings for the guests. It is an older hotel so if you are use to staying in five-star hotels you may want to stay elsewhere. It appears that the rooms are kept up pretty nicely but there are two hotels in front of it before you get to the hotel that makes the area look uninviting. It is close to shopping, restaurants and the airport. Overall I would stay here again only if my budget was very tight or if I wanted to be right next to the airport which it is.
