Amazing experience! Chuck (the GM) is amazing and runs this like it's his own personal company. Advocates for the customer always and makes the purchase better than you could expect. We had a delivery due during the hurricane but that got messed up by Irma and Chuck made me it like no hurricane even happened. Highly recommend!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Spent 45+ minutes browsing the store and not a single person asked if they could help us. Would not recommend this store to any family, friends, acquaintances, or strangers.

Went to the Rooms To Go off of Philips Hwy and was greeted right off the bat. Ended up purchasing $6000+ worth of furniture. Associates were friendly and staff was helpful. Skip the attitude at Orange Park and do yourself a favor with the Philips Hwy location.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ACCEPTANCE NOW, THEY ARE THE RENTAL DESK IN THE STORE. THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. THE "MANAGER" SCOTT IS THE NASTIEST PERSON TO SPEAK TO. THEY ADD INSURANCE FEES THAT ARE *NOT* MANDATORY, BUT THE GIRLS AT THE STORE WILL TELL YOU THEY ARE. I BOUGHT EXPENSIVE COUCHES THAT I WAS TOLD WERE LEATHER (THEY ARE NOT!) PUT A LOT OF MONEY DOWN AND THEY ARE NOW CHARGING TRIPLE THE AMOUNT IN INTEREST AFTER 90 DAYS. IT'S LITERALLY A RENT A CENTER SCAM!!! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING! I'D RATHER SIT ON HARD CONCRETE BEFORE EVER PURCHASING AN ITEM FROM THEM AGAIN! MY BROTHER HAD A SIMILAR SITUATION; HE WANTED TO PAY OFF AND THE GIRL "MISTAKENLY" ONLY CHARGED 1 MONTHS RENT AND TOLD HIM SORRY THAT HE NOW HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH TO PAY OFF!? I AM DISGUSTED. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!

They are fantastic. They went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. I bought a sectional, but when i got it home, one piece looked used and the other brand new. Chuck, the store mgr, went out of his way to find me a matching piece.

VERY UNHAPPY. The guy that was helping us just kept walking away when he was suppose to be helping me with financing. On top of that the guy lied and ran my credit instead of doing a financing program. Iv gone and talked to multiple people at other Rooms to go that we're an amazing help and they all said that I wouldn't have to have the credit that I'd just be able to put down 10-20%. I'm very unsatisfied with this situation and it's so unprofessional.

Sorry people running this store, thieves, selling BROKEN furniture at higher price than regular room's to go even though is a piece of sh*** but God would judge us all, don't worry keep doing what doing..I paid 300 dollars for 3 living room table set with a broken leg and guess what no exchange no return, I got hit from the back thanks room's to go outlet

My husband and I went in over the weekend looking for a dresser. We found one we liked, but it was part of a bedroom set, so the salesman said they were not able to do better on the price. As we were leaving, the salesman went to hand us his business card. I was closet to him, and reached for the card twice, and he said to me " No, I'll give it to the man". I was so taken aback, I didn't even have a response. I couldn't believe he said that. It's very unlikely we will be returning due to the disrespect I felt from the salesman.
