One of the best hotels we have stayed at in a long time. It was nice and clean. The service there was amazing as well

The hospitality gets a 5 for sure! The employees are awesome warm and friendly! The hotel was decorated super cute for the holidays, they have a hot chocolate bar in the evenings, they also had a variety of snacks and drinks out so you can grab one on your way in or out. They had left the breakfast out longer which was great for those of us who like to sleep in a little.
The problem I have is with the poor maintenance and poor house keeping!
Our room was dirty garbage in several places in the room, I would usually just pick it up not a big deal but I left it to see if it would get picked up the next day by house keeping. It was still there when we returned so that conserns me, how clean is that room when you can’t pick up garbage off the floor?!
Shower head was nasty mold and it’s loose from the wall and the shower curtain rods were rusted.
The tile in the elevator needs to be re-grouted!
Best part, there was vomit on the desk chair!
This is ridiculous these little things are easily fixable, this hotel would have been a 5 star for sure!response / report this review -

The hotel is clean, but under construction. The room and hallway smelled like paint thinner because they were painting the exterior. I wish the hot tub was nicer and clean.

Stayed for 2 nights and the experience was exceptional. Rooms were clean and the staff efficiently served me and my other 99 colleagues. Breakfast was pretty good, considering it's provided, and the amenities were maintained.

Great stay at thr fairfield. Fair prices, breakfast in the morning (free) and indoor pool and hot tub. Cant really complain at all!

Comfortable rooms. Very clean and organized. The staff were nice and quick to attend to issues. Beds were clean and comfortable. Somewhat hard to find as the parking lot and entrance are behind another hotel. Overall a nice place, would stay there again.

Stayed here as I was going from Virginia to upper Michagan with kids in tow so didn't want to make the whole drive in one go. Hotel was nice, clean, and the full breakfast worked awesome for our family. Really just crashed there for the night and then we were off again the next morning. No noise issues which is always a plus.

After a horrible experience with our AirBnB host, the inn's main floor supervisor took the initiative to give us two Queen rooms for half the price (there was no more 3-person rooms available). We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come again.

Nice hotel for the price. Rooms are a decent size, business computer and printer was perfect for some work I needed to get done. It is in the lobby, but it was quiet and right next to the fireplace which was great. The bathroom sink in the room is outside of the bathroom which i thought was a little strange, but okay. Free coffee and tea is 24hr. Staff is super friendly with great customer service. Breakfast was great - simple two/three hot items and the rest continental. Power went out in the morning due to a down line so it did not stay hot long, but the staff did a great job with all the guests.

Staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Hot breakfast, free WiFi, and a pool are all great amenities whether you're in town for business or with your family. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Easy access to town, shopping, the freeway and other Ann Arbor attractions.

The rooms are clean and spacious. And the staff are all very accommodating. I had a few packages delivered to the hotel, and they held on to them for me, no problem. The Breakfast is also good, and there's plenty of seating.
