Holes in the carpet, no shades on the lamps-just bare bulbs. Most outlets in the rooms don't work, and neither does the phone. No one was at the desk when we checked in for a while. Even the bar tender kept leaving the bar area for oing stretches of time and we had to go find him when we needed him.
The room was clean. The only thing missing from the room is a refrigerator. The hotel is within walking distance of quite a few restaurants. Breakfast and bar service was great. Friendly staff.
Awful.. Horrible staff especially Tristan. He has the living in Dad's hotel attitude. I would avoid this place. There are many more hotels who treat customers like customers but this place is not one. Don't bother calling the GM or corporate office either. They will ignore and lie. If you want to be treated like a dog this is the place to stay. Good luck ..
Hotel was supposed to serve it. When the ice cream came out, it was already melted. Apparently the kitchen staff had scooped it and let it sit out so when it came out it was more soup than ice cream. I questioned what was up with the red plastic bowls the ice cream was in and was told that the hotel said they didn't have bowls or cups to serve the ice cream in, so the guest of honor had to run out and buy some really quick.
This was my first and last experience with this hotel and I truly hope someone higher up reads this, because ridiculous doesn't even begin to describe all the foul ups and with management being unapologetic, I am totally outdone with the Radisson. This was just my experience as a guest at a retirement party, I couldn't imagine if all this happened to me or my family personally.
Would not recommend, spend your money elsewhere.
Front desk staff was rude and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing him because I had a question and he had to come out from the back and stop watching TV (or looking at his phone). I literally heard him sigh loudly before getting up out of his chair.
The one thing I thought was nice (because it offered more than most places) was their complimentary snack bar with (non alcoholic) beverages. That is until one of the offeres drinks made me sick for 3 days! I looked at one of the other ones I had that was not open, and realized that the drinks expired in June! (This was in September!)
Needless to say, this hotel in my opinion, does not keep customer service or quality control as a priority.
P.S. I gave them 2 stars only because their cleaning team was very nice.
Decent hotel close to major freeways and a lot of restaurants. Recently updated rooms. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good with a lot of selection.
Except for night staff, the staff is great. Comfortable beds, breakfast is good. No complaints except the parking lot should be cleaned up more often, some of the rooms aren't cleaned thoroughly, depending on Which employee cleans it I'm sure. Pool is nice, although a lot of kids seen to take it over most of the day. All in all, the staff and managers really do do their best to resolve any issues and make sure you are comfortable and happy. I'll be back to this Radisson as I have many times already.
Nice comfy beds, clean rooms, modern! Friendly staff! Salt water pool I wish they would turn into a regular chlorine pool. Then I would swim in it. That is the ONLY reason I did not give it a 5 star. There breakfast the next morning is a HUGE breakfast! ANYTHING YOU WANT, it's there!!!
Rooms are newly renovated, granite in the bathroom and all the night stands. Headboard has USB ports for easy charging of your phone and devices. All the staff I've encountered has been very nice. They have a nice breakfast and there is a Starbucks right across the street.
Elevator was broken and the stairs were filthy. It's easy to see why they don't have any pics if the pool or hot tub in their website. The whole area smelled musty, both the pool and hot tub were cloudy and discolored. The whole place, including our room was dingy and in need a serious cleaning. Spend $10 more and stay somewhere nicer.
This hotel has been a blessing after MMX got cancelled this year. On such a short notice, this hotel let the MMX staff hold a small event to make up for the lost weekend. Staff were super helpful and nice, chatting with them throughout the weekend was nice. They definitely deserve five stars for coming though for the con-going community. Thank you!!
Was at the hotel for an impromptu convention when the hotel our center convention was supposed to be at changed their minds. I didn't not stay at the hotel but I thought it rad really good for a last minute event. I did purchase a water from the front desk. The woman working was very nice. Bathrooms were clean.
A large event was relocated to this hotel after the original cancelled with less than 2 days before the start of the event. The Radisson staff has been very kind and helpful, and the lobby is pretty interesting, having walkways between the wings for other floors above your head. The hotel itself is very clean.
