Very clean and calm once you enter the doors. The bar is easily accessible and friendly bar tenders. Who make you feel like you are a regular. The front desk staff are quick to reslove and issues you may have and very knowledgeable of the area. Any time you pass an employee they are very nice and friendly. Very family orientated place to bring the family. Very relaxing. Must stay here if you are visiting in the area

Update 12/6/17: staff was very friendly and helpful. My first room was nice until the heater fan decided to go out in smoke. Luckily it happened while I was out for dinner. Wow did it smell bad when I got back. Black chunks all over the heaterlol I'm in a second room now watching Bob's burgers about to pass out. Obviously not their fault at they had no way of knowing that would happen. Much better visit than last time even with the issues. Bed is nicer as are pillows.
Old review: Nothing to write home about. Bed was old and was sagging on both sides where two people would usually lay. Pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. On my first night the put me in a room that was already occupied. That was awkward.response / report this review -

The staff here is always great. I've walked into a long line to check in and the staff always seems to clear it quickly. I think the longest I've ever waited is five minutes. Rooms are always neat and clean and toiletries are restocked daily. Would highly recommend.

Was there for a wedding. The hotel has plenty of parking outside. Inside, the area was sectioned off for the wedding with white cloth, it looked good. The food was good, and the management was all over making sure the event went well.

Worst experience ever! The hotel itself is nice enough, nothing over the top, but nice. The staff ,however, are the rudest people I've ever met! For people in the hospitality business, they made a few mistakes with billing, and other details, which is understandable. However, their attitude and arrogance was inexcusable. I'm not one to think if someone messes up their should be fired at all, but no one, including management would even apologize, let alone claim responsibility or try to correct any wrong doings. I literally had the owner of my Company who reserved the room for me for a conference all week call and ask what he could do to help! Maybe I just gave off a bad vibe, or had the crew who was about to quit, but I would rather sleep in my car than give that establishment any of my money. No the picture of the rat was not on their grounds..I wish it was though..

This is a great hotel that is conveniently located. The restaurant attached is okay but there are better options within walking distance. My room was clean and updated. I would stay here again.

I attended a beautiful wedding here. Everything was wonderful, one of the best I've been to. The staff was personable, attentive, and friendly, and took great care of my dear friends who were married. From our prep in the bridal suite to the last dance of the evening, the day was flawless.

The beds were wonderful! The rooms are spacious, but each with independent temperature control through an ac/heater. If you stay there, you get a free breakfast in the morning, and it's actually not bad, with a selection of eggs, bacon, dumplings, muffins, cinnamon rolls, bread, and cereals. There's also a Bennigan's built into the hotel for lunch. The staff is polite, other than one of the cleaning staff.

The room was very nice and clean. Very spacious. Also loved the size and amenities of the bathroom. Really large clean tub, perfect for a long soak at the end of a long day. The breakfast here is ok so far, but nothing too amazing. That would be the thing that kept me from a 5 star rating. But the people are very nice and helpful. Even went out if the way to move my room closer to the elevator when they saw I was on crutches. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a surprisingly nice Holiday Inn. It was recently renovated so the carpet and rooms are in great shape. Also, the pool area is pretty fun for the little ones.
Parking is ample and the breakfast buffet is a pretty good value.
It definitely feels more upscale than your typical Holiday Inn and I'd be happy to come back here again.response / report this review -

We had a meeting in one of the ballrooms of this hotels conference center and it was the best by far. The staff were truly caring from the initial point of contact when we had called to find out what time our companies event had been changed to the service in the on site Bennigan's Restaurant. The team at this hotel Conference Center was well trained in guest service thank you for your hospitality.

I was on a get away trip from Baltimore and decided to stay in this hotel.
I got room 221 and I found few bed bugs in my room. When I was on my bed watching tv, one bed bug moved around the bed. Then when I lifted the whole bed to seek more bed bugs, I found few more under the bed.
Then I called the front desk for changing room but they were not impressed about finding bed bugs. They seemed like they don't even care and was not interested in changing my room.
I have been traveling a lot, but I believe this was my worst experience so far. I would never come back to holiday inn because of their poor management and uncleanness.response / report this review -

Stayed here on a short business trip and everything was fantastic. The room was clean and tidy, bed was super comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. Their breakfast options were great as well. Very impressed and hope to stay there again.

I was actually surprised by the cleanliness and appearance of this hotel considering the location. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Halls were clean and vending and ice were conveniently located. Not many Bennigans left in the country but there is one here and staff was pleasant as well. Billy our server was great!
