Stayed for a work trip. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Mattress could have been better but it was ok.

Rooms were clean. Beds were fine. Friendly service. No continental breakfast, but a restaurant is downstairs. Small pool. Good location right off the interstate. Plenty of food/shopping about 5-10min south.

All staff were very nice and helpful. The food for breakfast was great. I didn't like not having a fan in the bathroom. But it was also cool to find a geocache in their lot.

Hilton is a very good hotel. It's in a good location and is near to downtown Chicago. The service is excellent and the staff is great and courteous. We didn't get a chance to see the rooms.

Rooms are fine for the price. Had 2 full beds instead of queens, which was smaller than expected. But there was decent space in the rooms and they were very clean. Breakfast was included in our room rate for booking with a block for a wedding, but no breakfast otherwise.

The pictures above show a hot tub. There is not a hot tub here. The signs in the hotel even still say pool spa but it has been covered up. I booked specifically because of this as I need it for therapy after working all day on the road. The rest of the hotel was nice and clean. Food was good at restaurant.
