OMG!!! 5 stars for hospitality!!! You are not going to find a better manager than Sean. Again, hospitality, hospitality, hospitality, love it.

Great hotel for events, close to the airport, and very accommodating, they handled the large group of people without issue, though our key cards keep getting erased. The room was easy to keep warm, the bed was soft with firm or soft pillows to choose. Fridge and microwave included in the room, would stay at again.

Attended a conference at the hotel. Large meeting rooms with projectors made individual sessions a breeze, and the staff were always on top of reconfiguring rooms as needed and keeping the food and drinks restocked. Would definitely recommend for events large and small.

Nice hotel with newer rooms, although the bathrooms could use an update. Staff is friendly. The location is in an office park so there's not much nearby.

Horrible customer service from the airport. DO NOT BOOK HERE if you come in on a late flight to ORD.
When I missed my connecting flight from Chicago to Boston, the airline service representative provided vouchers for a free stay at the Holiday inn Chicago- Elk Grove. I left customer service around 10:20pm and was told that the last shuttle to the hotel was at 11pm. I promptly went to the Shuttle terminal and waited until 10:40pm for a shuttle. When no shuttle came, I called the Hotel directly (Sunday night 09/17/2017). I was met by a very RUDE hotel employee who said that the last shuttle would come by 10:45pm. I expressed that I had been waiting at the airport for over 20min and wanted to confirm that the shuttle was on its way. He promptly repeated that it was the last shuttle and then hung up on me.
At 10:50pm, I was with at least 4 other people with airline hotel vouchers who were also waiting for this hotel shuttle. At this point I had been there for about a half an hour and none of us had seen this shuttle. I called the Holiday inn Chicago- Elk Grove again and again the employee was very rude and short with me and said basically, "well too bad- if you didn't catch it, then that was the last shuttle." I asked how else we could get to the hotel and he said we would have to get a cab. When I asked if he could confirm that the shuttle was not coming back to the airport, he literally hung up on me again.
This is EXTREMELY unprofessional and that person working at the Holiday inn -Elk grove should never have been employed in customer service. It is also unacceptable that they have a non-functional shuttle service, being so close to a major airport.
If I could give this hotel a ZERO review, then I would. They lost my business that night, because I went and paid to stay at a different hotel. Don't waste your time on this hotel with unreliable services!response / report this review -

Comfortable clean room. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Rooms are quite with no loud noise from the neighbors. Convenient location to many businesses and restaurants. Climate control in the room was good. Will use again when in the area.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms are nice and the needs and pillows are pretty comfy, much better than many other hotels I've stayed in. The pool is nice but there's no hot tub. The staff so far has been really great, however one or two of the shuttle drivers are either a master of GTA or don't get enough sleep.

The hotel is gorgeous and has great service. They were extremely accomadating and treated me with respect. I went here for a convention and am having a blast. There are great views here and the surrounding area is beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. The only blemish is a not so great in-house restaurant with shoddy service and awful-tasting food. Do not go there.

This hotel has improved 300% over the past 3 years. The restaurant/bar is great fun with good food without being stuffy. The rooms are updated and the pricing is very reasonable for Chicago. But what I like the best about this hotel is the employees including the manager. They all go out of their way to be friendly and ask if there is anything they can help with. It is very noticeable. Nice pool too.

It was great for my night before my flight out or ORD airport. Service was GREAT! all personnel treated me just excellent. had no inconveniences at all.
The room was as expected, clean and comfortable. We were accommodate in a room near to one of their rear doors, very convenient to access from the parking lot but a little far / long walk to the front desk.
Parking my car there for a long time was very convenient. Parking lot is safe and well illuminated.
Airport shuttle is convenient, just 10 minute ride. We actually used it twice in round trip to the airport. It leaves from the hotel every hour on the clock and from the airport every hour on the 30 minute mark. You have to schedule yourself to accommodate the shuttle usage.
We used the restaurant just once for breakfast and it was fairly good. Not the best breakfast, neither the worst we´ve ever had. The day we were, seemed that they were short on personnel and just one girl was having a hard time to attend all tables and doing the cashier work. That resulted in a late service but nothing out of the ordinary. Food was decent. However, the restaurant is the same that functions for a Bar at nights, so it is not really very pleasant for a good breakfast in the morning as it is a little dark, it just doesn't give you the "morning feeling" but a "night bar feeling".response / report this review -

Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. The rooms had the expected amenities. The connected bar and restaurant provided both good food and evening entertainment. The location is quite convenient for business in the Elk Grove Village area, and it's proximity to O'Hara airport is just minutes away.
