Lucerita is who helped check me in she did an amazing job made sure I was comfortable answered all my questions and when it was time for me to check out she went ahead and ordered me a cab since my phone battery died the lobby was very clean and the pool area was the same I will be coming here again very quiet comfortable stay

How this is just a "two-star" hotel, or 4.3 on Google, is beyond me. I stay at a LOT of hotels, and this was such a good experience. We stayed here for our wedding, and Shannon took care of us like I would envision my sister or my best friend. My wife and I were both upgraded to suites. They were accommodating from start to finish, with several of our friends needing early and late check-outs. They were just amazing. They also provided a shuttle for an extremely reasonable price, and it was perfect. They made our wedding so enjoyable, I couldn't possibly recommend Shannon and this particular Holiday Inn team enough. In fact, I may start staying at IHG properties instead of Hilton.

It was a good experience. The staff was responding well and helpful. I had to cut short my stay since there was no kitchen which I realized I would need since it was freezing outside and going out to buy food was not a good idea every day.

Clean and comfortable. Very convenient to my office visit. Breakfast and WiFi included. What's not to like? I will stay again and would recommend as well.

Was here for three weeks. The place is very nice. It has pool, ATM, ice machines, washer/dryer, breakfast, ample parking, fitness center and many more amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is vast. Coffee is amazing! Would stay again given the chance.

The room was great. Clean and spacious (rm 340). The hotel property was well cared for and the walking path near by was nice. My one complaint is that the bed is so hard! It didn't matter how many pillows I used to adjust myself I tossed and turned because my hips and shoulders were killing me. I stay all over in Holiday Inns and the beds are usually pretty good but this one, not so much.

While our stay here was short it was nice. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was in a very convenient place right off the highway and easy to get to. We also enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning that was good to grab and go. The coffee in the room was perfect for an early morning wake up and very handy. Overall this was a very nice and cozy place to stay and we would love to stay again and enjoy all the hotel and area have to offer.

Hotel is located minutes from the Deerfield Metra station with easy access to downtown Chicago. Hotel provides quick access to businesses and closed attractions like six flags and is also close to Baxter and Discover. Location is also close to the toll road and only a 20 minute drive to O'Hare Airport.
