The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a few problems with out reservation (my mom thought she got a two bedroom room) and they absolutely went out of their way to help. It was great especially considering it was the 23-27th of December.

Everything was great, except WAY to much chlorine in the pool area. Burned my eyes so bad. And too many unattended kids in the hot tub.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite for my daughters birthday for her friends to swim.. i booked this suite 3weeks ago and made them aware of my plans NO one informed me that their pool did not work!! Totally messed up my daughters birthday

My coworkers and I have had a few issues with the rooms being dirty. We checked into our rooms to dirty toilets, dirty sheets and hair in the shower and on the curtains. The bedis too hard for my liking and I asked the front desk about a mattress topper but was advised they didn't have any. Unfortunately I haven't been able to sleep well because of how hard the mattress is.

Good hotel with decent amenities and very friendly staff.
I was lucky enough to get a handicap room, so it was very large and spacious.
Everything was clean and comfortable, but the hall had a slight odor (like cigarette smoke). I'm not sure if it's there constantly or remnants from a recent guest.response / report this review -

My family stayed in the hotel for entire 3 months. It was very positive experience. I love the hotel for several reasons: 1) nice hot nutritious breakfast; 2) very friendly and helpful staff; 3) social hours 3 nights a week where kids can play with each other and you meet interesting people to talk to (it's important when you stay so long as we did); 4) good location

Three nights; two adults, three kids; one-bedroom suite. All the amenities we expected were there. Staff was attentive, friendly. Rooms were a little tight for five people. Location had easy access to 88, 59, and downtown Naperville. Breakfast was great. If the pool had been warm we would have swam twice; baby was too cold in there.

The hospitality will keep you coming back. Like other Residence Inns I've stayed at in other states they have the friendly and most accommodating staff. Updated rooms and common areas. Lobby is a open and welcoming space with wall mounted televisions and fireplaces. Also a cozy patio outside the pool for shaded lounging. This location is a site to see and enjoy all your own.

I stayed overnight at the Residence Inn and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms. The bed was comfortable and they provided the necessary amenities. The provided hot breakfast was excellent as well with good quality food.

Seems the older than some of the other Marriott family of hotels in the area, however this one seems to be more directed towards families and the people staying an extended period of time. For those that would be staying here there's a pool and also gym facilities and there's some nice laid-back seating around that seems to be maybe like you're staying at a lodge or something like that. There is very helpful staff that helps you locate services any time especially local area entertainment and the like and there is a nice bar area that serves both coffees and alcoholic refreshments, as well as delicious breakfast fare

We had a great stay here for a wedding in Naperville. They provide a nice pack and play so our toddler slept soundly. The split rooms in the suites was nice, because we could relax and watch a movie in the living area while our daughter napped in the bedroom.
The indoor pool was a lot of fun and the breakfast bar was yummy.response / report this review
