Good place to stay. Have stayed here several times. Rooms are clean - toilet and shower work. Staff are pleasant. Access to hotel parking is tricky if you are not paying attention. Food at the on-site restaurant KEM's is tasty and service is good.

My family stopped here passing threw. It was perfect. Clean, comfy and very friendly staff. We plan on making this our place to stay when we pass threw every year.

Comfortable hotel for a one night stay. There is a restaurant/bar in the lobby. The hotel was quite loud, I could hear the guests in the rooms above/below me. Coffee available in the morning was cold, but fresh coffee was made when requested.

We were here during the bridge day festivities Which we knew nothing about! The first two hotels were booked full, and this place only had 3 rooms left! They were super busy at the front desk, and still managed to provide us with exceptional service! We were happy to be there, and we will definitely stay here on our next time through! The staff provided a great friendly atmosphere, top notch quick service, and the facilities we're very clean! The breakfast wasn't included, but worth the extra money!!

We only stayed to sleep overnight on a roundtrip. We checked in late with no problem. All staff we encountered we're polite. Our room was clean, cool and it was quiet. We plan on staying again on our way back home.

We stayed here during Labor Day weekend. I chose this hotel because it had the indoor pool and bar/restaurant. The room was nice and clean. It had the living area and then the bedroom. The bathroom was clean when we first arrived, which I was very pleased to see. The room had a nice wet bar area with a sink, fridge, microwave, and keurig. I always appreciate when the hotel has those amenities. My daughter also enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool and we were happy it stayed open until 11pm.
We ate at the restaurant for dinner. When we first checked in the hotel provided us with coupons for "kids eat free." I had the chicken sandwich with fries and a salad. It was very good and fresh. my daughter had the kid mac and cheese which could have been easy mac The prices for food and drinks were very reasonable. Service was a little slow but the server was very nice. We also decided to eat their breakfast buffet. It was the typical eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, and pancakes. Service was very slow. The front desk guy came over and got us a table after he noticed we had been standing there for a while. Overall, the hotel was nice and we would stay there again.response / report this review -

Nice clean room. Needed to ask for a blanket for the pull out couch. Not a cheap option (almost 300 for a single night to sleep 5) but provided a good pool and workout room.

We needed a quick place to stay and this was a great location for convenience to the highway. The check-in process was quick, all the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The only negatives were that our room's bathtub faucet was leaky, and the restaurant seemed understaffed even without being very crowded at breakfast. The people waiting to be seated in front of us eventually left in frustration due to nobody coming to seat us, and service was slow. No fault of the staff as they were working hard -- just seems like they need more help!

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN BECKLEY , WV. WE STAY HERE ALL THE TIME. THE GENERAL MANAGER , BECKY AND ALL HER STAFF ARE JUST WONDERFUL. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT NO MATTER WHAT THE BUSINESS , IT'S THE PEOPLE THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE.

Location was easy to access from the highway, room was nice, furnishings appeared to be recently updated. Wasn't as sound proof as I would like, we could hear running around in the room above us. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good, I particularly like the bacon.

Great hotel! Rooms were nicely appointed. Staff was excellent. The pool and hot tub were large and well maintained. I wish they added an additional plug for cell phones on the nightstand but overall a great hotel and a fantastic value. Would highly recommend.
