Seems recently remodeled. The place is very nice. I was surprised that they didn't have free breakfast anymore. They have Starbucks instead. They serve breakfast for a price.

Nice hotel, everything was clean. The sleeper sofa had seen better days but the kids didn't mind. The patios are nice, too.

There service was accommodating. The front desk was willingly able to get me an extra bed for my room. They did this even though it was late at night when we arrived. The room was very comfortable and I slept well. The bathroom definitely needed remodeled, with several tiles needing replaced and regrouted. The breakfast area was well laid out and the fruit was ripe and delicious.

Only stayed one night but it was very nice. The two ladies at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The lady in the Bistro was also very nice. Rooms were clean, and we enjoyed our short stay.

The ladies at the front counter were super nice and got us taken care of quickly. The room was perfect and came with a balcony which was great. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will definitely be staying at one again in the future.

Convenient, friendly, clean. There's a nice coffee and pastry shop inside that serves Starbucks coffee. Outback and fast food within walking distance.

The king suite we rented was spacious and clean. The bed was too soft and the padding on the fold out sofa seemed too thin. We got feather free pillows and bedding, as requested, but had to call to get the extra bath towels we had asked for. The pool was great, and the staff were friendly.

Courtyard Beckley was a perfect fit for me and my family. Passing through town, smack dab in the middle of a 16 hour drive with my wife, a 3 yr old, and a 3 Mo the old, Courtyard Beckley had availability and vacancies with no advanced notice. They were able to place us on the 1st floor near the fitness area, pool, and breakfast the next day. The staff was courteous and accommodating. They honored a AAA discount as well. My wife even forgot her toothbrush and toothpaste and they had freebies behind the counter. The rooms were spacious and clean, just like the rest of the premises. I was glad to find this hotel and absolutely would stay again, and hope to. Parking was a cinch, also. And the lot was very well lit.super easy access to the interstate to begin the rest of our journey the next day.
