I like the place. Nice rooms, comfy beds, clean, and modern. I don't like that during the night someone came in while I was fresh out the shower drying off. Which wouldn't bother me if the next morning the same thing hadn't happened to my wife while I was out. Yes, on two separate occasions within 12 or so hours access to our room was given to other people. And they opened and came in. While we were dressing.

My car was stolen in the parking lot, the ladies here are wonderful, Rhonda at the front desk and Nikki head of housekeeping, helped me call the police and the care of everything I needed. I would recommend the customer service here as 5 star.

Stayed in a "1 Bedroom Suite" suite, which was a disappointment due to the purposely missing door between the bedroom and living area (making it a studio suite, not a 1 Bedroom). The location is right next to the highway, and the walls are thin, so exterior AND interior noise were awful, so bring your ear plugs. Otherwise, it was relatively clean, comfortable, and the free hot breakfast was up to par. Service was friendly, and the indoor pool looked nice, but we didn't use it. Paid $150/night.

My wife and I had stayed here before, and this time we had the kids with us. The pool hours are fantastic (6am to 12am), the rooms have plenty of space, and there isn't a better free breakfast option at a hotel out there anywhere. The parking lot is well lit, being that there are 3 hotels in the same area. Food and gas options available within walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful. We have never seen this hotel empty, and will continue to stay here when we visit Charleston.

Pool hours are amazing, 6:00am - midnight. Best breakfast I've had at a hotel in a long time. Nice rooms, friendly staff. This is where the bar should be set. I've stayed at several hotels in Charleston but this is the only one I will return to.

Our stay was a series of unfortunate events. Kept hearing a random rumble sound, went down to investigate and realized it was the front door opening (we were 211 - above the entrance), and the lady seemed to not care and not know about it. Morning lady said they definitely knew about it, but someone has to be in that room 🙄. The room was "clean" but there were a few things that definitely could have been better cleaned. Random knocking sounds in the morning (sounded like a spring board, so it wasn't a person doing it). Eggs were dry, potatoes were over-seasoned, bowls were dirty. Any one of those things could have been looked over (though the door issue was pretty bad!), but like I saida series of unfortunate events.

This place was a disaster. Room was not clean at all. We were placed in a room above the sliding doors that you use to enter the building, and every time the doors opened our whole room vibrated. TV remote was taped together. There was a loud banging that sounded like it was coming from the pipes. During breakfast in the morning, the plates and bowls were dirty. Eggs were dried out. Food staff couldn't keep up with demand. When I mentioned the vibrating to the staff, they said, "Oh we know". Avoid this place.

Got in super late, no problems whatsoever. Clean rooms, very nice breakfast, much nicer than I expected after reading the reviews. Just goes to show you can't always believe everything you readbut you can trust this one!

Most reasonable rate in Charleston we could find for a decent room that held a family of 5. Hotel and room was nice, but the floor was not swept in the room. Maid didn't visit the second day. The hotel was fully booked over the 4th of July weekend. The hotel staff worked admirably to keep up with demand. There were lots of visitors and very few staff.

Used this location for it's conference room. Busy hotel. I did notice an indoor pool. The conference room was clean, although someone had written on the dry erase board with permanent marker. Plenty of seating, staff was helpful and friendly. Clean restrooms.

When I checked in, my room had a wine cork, used tobacco chew pack, and food on the floor. It just felt dirtybesides the nastiness of the floor. The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. She upgraded me to a suite and the room had a much better feel and appeared to be clean. This morning, I got in the shower.the water was ice cold, there was hair everywhere, and a used bar of soap. SO GROSS! When I reached for a towel one had a stain, and one had hair on it. I am still very disgusted by this experience.

My parents were driving down from, Michigan to visit us in Georgia. They had me calling ahead to all the different hotels. The front desk lady was very polite gave me the exact information that I was looking for, and is the reason why I directed my parents to this establishment. My parents called me the next mourning and over an hour of them saying how clean, polite, responsive, and how perfect there stay was here. They would of been the one to write this review but my parents can barely operate there phones let alone this, I hope that it is alright for me to have been the one to write this. I do remember the young ladies name that I talked to and that my parents also spoke with, they wanted to give a big thank you to her and the other staff, that they were greeted by my parents are very appreciative of there service abilities. My father is also very obsessed with cleanliness and this place past his inspection, you should be very proud of that. And thank you from a son for taking care of my folks, very appreciative.
