For $130, I expected at least have hot water and working televisions, but that wasn't the case. Out of two televisions, neither worked. Also, it wasn't the cleanest place. Then, when taking a cold shower (since there was no hot water) the tub wouldn't drain. For the price paid, it should have been better. Also, it was raised 3 stars on Priceline, but definitely did not deserve a 3 star rating.

Very nice. I'm in a wheelchair and the accessible room met my needs. Breakfast was awesome. I will surely go back!

Very clean & comfortable. There's even a hot tub & indoor pool! The Christmas decorations were really pretty too. Great breakfast & lots of perks like WiFi, printers, fax, gym, etc.

We were quite impressed with our stay. We have a small dog and they were very accommodating. We don't usually travel with her so this was our first time. Our room was very nice. It had laminate floors which I prefer over carpet anyway and the room was very clean. The pool is super nice. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and the smell of the fire from next door (Cracker Brarrel). It was very relaxing. I loved the front porch with the rocking chairs. The staff was very friendly too. We will definitely be back.

Overall my experience at Country Inn & Suites was average. The reception desk service could be improved and be more inviting. The rooms were spacious but could have been cleaned better, there were some obvious stains on areas of the carpet. The breakfast spread is pretty good but uses single use plates and silverware which is a waste. They do have a grassy area for dogs with a bag/trash station for waste which is a plus. For the price, I think this property could be improved greatly.

Very friendly service and staff . Nice indoor pool and amminities . Clean rooms and rest rooms. Their free continental breakfast is the best I have ever had. I would stay here every time I am in the area . I recommend this hotel to friends and family, and total strangers .

The hotel was undergoing renovations and you could tell. Tiles were out of place in the bathroom and there were small hairs on our soap dish. It seemed they weren't paying much attention to the normal things and were focused on making sure guests didn't mind the renovations. Not great but could be worse

I been in there several times and used the banquet facilities. I was happy with the service and was not put out in any way. I have stayed there and they have a great breakfast bar. At that time rooms were clean and it was upscale. I always been happy service and product.

Very good value for the money. Full breakfast included in price. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed in a room with our 4 kids (ages 8, 10, 13, 15) and had enough room. The views are excellent from every room. The front desk and housekeeping were professional and prompt in addressing any requests we had. We have come here for three consecutive summers. That alone speaks to how impressed we've been.

Fairly clean, better than expected for a Country Inn, front desk were friendly, seems like a family friendly place. Lots of,kids in the pool. If you are looking for quiet, not the hotel for you. Walls are thin as well. Still over a decent stay. After eating breakfast, I came back to give this an extra star, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, eggs, ham, biscuits, gravey, and Tyson fried chicken. They also had OtisSpunkmeyer Muffins, and many pastries. Many toppings for waffles, including, powder sugar, whipped cream, chocolate, peanut butter, and jelly. Top notch breakfast!

Horrible. Disastrous. Stressful. We chose this hotel to attend a wedding in their conference room. At the time of the reservation, I called the hotel directly to confirm that we could arrive early to dress and prepare and to ask for a quiet room on an upper floor. We arrived and our room was not ready but could be cleaned in 30 minutes. Despite the very best efforts of the young man at the front desk to have our requested room cleaned, housekeeping ignored him and continued their routine. I got ready in our vehicle in the parking lot. Finally, 15 minutes before the ceremony, a room was ready. Not the one we requested of course, we had a first floor room in a busy hallway front and center view of the busy parking lot. I don't have these customer service issues with Marriott.

Clean and reasonable priced. We brought a pet with us and they put us in a first floor "pet room" that smelled a bit like dog but it was okay. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel with a good breakfast. Our room is clean and well kept. The pool water was a bit cold, but the kids didn't seem to mind. We would definitely stay here again.

Great staff, and convieient location. Our room was a little dated, but was clean and comfortable. It was a basic room, so it is possible that the better rooms are updated. The rest of the hotel was up to date and clean. Rates were very reasonable.
