My wife and I were thrilled to stay at Hampton for one night. The rooms are beautiful and the staff, specifically Wayne and Andre, were more than hospitable. We look forward to our next stay!

The staff couldn't be any nicer. The entire place is always clean. Easy to get to Tamarack for great food. Comfortable, clean, nice, but, the card reader on our door failed so we were locked outinconvenienced.

Clean, comfortable room. Very quiet air conditioner. Nice bathroom. Snacks and beverages in the lobby. Good breakfast. The only negative is how noisy the doors are when closed.

The experience was very mediocre for such an expensive room rate. There was nothing wrong with our room itself. However, we got very little sleep in room 109 because of all the noise in the hallways during the night and all of the light pouring into the room. There was no way to block out the noises with he climate control system. Additionally, the hotel was dirty. It had a lot of traffic and the surfaces of the breakfast area tables were nasty. We elected not to eat breakfast there and instead went out for breakfast after checking out.

Nice rooms. I think they have been remodeled since we last stayed there. Staff very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was good, however the serving area is quite small and crowded. Seating was adequate but needs improvement. Several restaurants nearby, within a minute or two if walking. Enjoyed the stay.

We stayed at Hampton Inn Beckley on our way home from vacation. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fully appointed. One slight problem was the air conditioner. It had a motor/fan that made a constant surging sound. We usually like the fan running while we sleep, but we had to turn it off.

I didn't really spend a lot of time paying attention to the hotel so I can't really say anything about the staff for the public areas. I can tell you that the room was clean the beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. Other than that I was just there to sleep and I left pretty much as soon as I woke up.
