EXCELLENT HOTEL!! SERVICE, STAFF, BREAKFAST BUFFET, CLEANLINESS.ALL WELL!!

ONLY COMPLAINT: Eggs are powdered and should be better. You afford to use eggbeaters to support the healthy alternative while providing real egg.scrambles for your customers..
They can be better but this is an area they have been resistant to chance for years.. not good practice..

Had a pleasant stay wish it was longer wanted to inquire why my deposit wasn't return though still in that fun. The location of this hotel I really like and recommend this area chilis is located in the same parking lot so that makes eating fairly easy if you want to spend 50 bucks for takeout they allowed our animal and the staff was very accommodating.

The visit was a pleasant experience. Stayed for one night, the room was clean, the hotel workers were courteous, and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was great. The room had 2 queen beds, sofa bed, keurig coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Bathroom was very spacious. Continental breakfast was good and food was fresh. Loved the pancake machine! Staff was friendly. We will definitely keep this on our list for options next time we visit San Diego.

Staff is great. CeCe, the front desk manager, always looks after you and makes sure you have everything. The breakfast is a very complete breakfast, you won't have to go anywhere else for breakfast. Place is clean and in a fantastic location. My room was quiet and I heard no traffic.

1/ minimal service : when I arrived at 7pm after a long trip from Paris, there was no hot water to take a shower. they told me it's on going. So I took a cold shower. In the morning it was the same
2/ breakfast experience is not worth at all. Better to avoid ! Ultra low cost food. Only frozen food, even omelets and eggs are frozen. Bad food, all is self service. "pankake" machine is a joke !
3/ room isolation is not good

The hotel was hot and muggy, the room was hot and muggy and to top it off the internet would not work. It was a window AC and took forever just to get comfortable. Called front desk to fix the internet and over an hour later still nothing. Would not come back especially with how expensive it is.

We stayed in room 118. I enjoyed our stay there, the room was nice and clean. I do wish that there was a freezer/microwave in the rooms, and the small area right after entering the room is pretty small. However, the staff was nice, and the breakfast respectable. Overall a very nice stay.

Rooms were very neat and spacious. Large parking lot and the streets surrounding the hotel were empty which made the area very quiet. Loved staying at this hotel.

Stayed there last weekend. Friendly staffs. Got what I expect. I think this is the better choice in this area. The only thing I noticed which they can improve is the cozy parking spot size. I like the room.

Stayed here for. Business and it was the same quality I expect from Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast area was nice. Same typical choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modern with microwave and fridge. Chilis in parking lot. Only complaint, size of parking spots. Way narrow.
