Great place to stay. Our room was very clean and quiet. We had everything we needed ! Would absolutely book this hotel again. Shops and restaurants are close by and it is 25 minutes from the beautiful Temecula Wineries.
This place is a Toilet. The Manager ,he was a rude person, the rooms are old and need serious money to update. The prices were high $130 a night and no discount for AAA etc. room STUNK of cigarettes in NO smoking rooms, Bathroom door wont open from inside, Dirty dirty place! 4:30 am three loud bangs (like shot gun blasts) wakes everyone up..call to front desk..no answer.never going back
I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely this inn was. The grounds and rooms are neat and clean. You can tell someone has pride in their establishment. My room had many upgrades and the manager at the desk was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone.
Staff was rude during check in. I had an inch gap under the door due to the seal missing and it let in the extremely cold outside air. The heater blew cold air all night as well. I ended up losing my voice because of this. When I called the office 3 times in the middle of the night for the heater issue, nobody answered. Called in the morning and the staff who answered didn't even say hello or the hotel's name, just gruffly stated his name like it was a personal line. When I told him the issue with the heater, he rudely said he'd come check it out as though I was inconveniencing him. I waited 45 minutes and no one showed up. After finishing getting ready another 45 minutes had passed and still no one came. I went in the office and said I was checking out early, the staff member rudely huffed and asked what the problem was, why I wasn't staying the full 3 days. When I explained the lack of attention to the heater issue, he aggressively told me that it was OBVIOUS that the maintenance guy wasn't there yet. I told him that should have been communicated when I called, and also explained that no one answered when I called during the night to have it fixed. He told me I should have just walked down to the office if it was that big of a problem. I told him that I had my 3 young daughters there by myself, so obviously couldn't wake them all up to trudge down to the office because whoever was working couldn't be bothered to answer their office phone. He then told me that regardless of that, I was only getting refunded for 1 night. When I argued with him that I was checking out well before their checkout time after only staying 1 night and should therefore DEFINITELY be refunded for, at the very least, my 2 nights that I wasn't staying there, he reluctantly agreed to refund me for the 2 nights, yelling "Fine!". No apologies or effort to fix any issues was put forth whatsoever. The man was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and obnoxiously rude. In addition to the heater and door issues, the mattresses are hard as cement. I'm pretty sure I would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor had the carpet been at all clean. I am honestly astonished that this place has any good reviews at all.
THANK YOU. It is a nice and affordable motel. Very clean. You can park the car right outside your room.
I had to extend one more night and the owner or employee was very nice about. He gave me another room at a even lower price.
The other employees were nice as well When you have the worst 24 hours in the world, it matter to meet nice people.
Amazing stay, very affordable for the room and stay you get. Wish breakfast had more variety but amazing room and price.
My family ended up staying here for about a week. Every time we had to renew the room, the manager made sure we got the same room. The hotel is quiet, and the rooms are clean. For $50 a night (in Southern California, no less) you really can't ask for better service.
The rooms are not the greatest. The outlets sometimes don't work. Tvs arent good and the workers kinda blow
Speedy check in. Cozy n peaceful. Parking in front of room. A/C, heater, flat screen cable T.V. Microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, iron/ironing board, blow dryer. Sliding glass door leads to both a private patio and picnic area with a tropical view of pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast of coffee, juices, fruits n pastries served daily. Housekeeper does an excellent job. Owners are friendly n welcoming and keep the Inn well kept n updated. My husband and I always brag about how comfortable our visits are and highly recommend Fallbrook Country Inn!
Very accommodating, friendly & generous staff.
The owner is warm , welcoming & a kind sense of humor.
Rooms are very clean and updated. Prices are very good for what you get.
Recommend to everyone its the best place around. You won't find anywhere else that compares.
BEST STAY! We LOVED the service provided - so kind, happy to help, and wonderfully accommodating when we chose to stay an extra 2 nights (because we loved it so much!) The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space, and the surrounding area is neatly upkept with beautiful potted flowers everywhere. The pool was cozy and right outside our door with plenty of seating for an outdoor lunch. We plan on making this our regular stay whenever in the area.
I am not usually one to write bad reviews but I stayed at this hotel last night and found that they were incredibly rude and unaccommodating. When I arrived and checked in they illegally made me pay a $20 "pet deposit" for my service dog. I had the paperwork to show that she was a support animal and they refused to waive the deposit and said that it was refundable if there were no damages. I went to the room and then I tried to jacuzzi but the water was not hot and the Jets did not work. So I went to go to bed and heard that the bathroom tub had a terrible leak which was frustrating to listen to and a huge waste of water. The bar across the street was doing karaoke all night and you could hear it throughout the entire hotel. This combined with the dripping tub made for a terrible nights sleep.
In the morning I was hoping to take a jacuzzi to relieve my back from sleeping on the rock hard bed. I called and asked for a late check out to give me time to go back to the room after the hot tub and change into dry clothes and they told me that there were no late check outs because they were completely booked and had people waiting to check in early. I walked down to the office to try the complimentary breakfast and was disappointed to see that it only consisted of juice and packaged muffins. They didn't even have cereal or toast. I also noticed that the vacancy sign was lit up and that there were no people waiting for the rooms. In fact the entire place looked dead. I asked if I could use the restroom lobby to change clothes after I used the jacuzzi and while the lady told me no, the man went outside and put a lock on the gate to the pool so that I could not jacuzzi at all.
I tried to discuss my concerns with them when I checked out and they were incredibly rude and defensive. They also refused to give the "pet deposit" back and said that it was a "pet fee" regardless of the fact that it was a service animal with paperwork and they had told me it was refundable.
I will never come back here and if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs!
