Excellent service ! I lost my wallet the day I checked in- The receptionist a guy name Chris took care of me and my 2 kids with breakfast comp since we had no cash or credit card. Great amenities : we went to the Jacuzi and stayed by the fire pit until late that night.

Nice hotel for a great price. Staff was very friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great in the restaurant. Would stay here again if in the area. They do charge for parking, but gave us half off of the price.

This is a fantastic hotel in every aspect! The front desk staff is kind and courteous and extremely accommodating always when possible! I was even greeted by name each time I left or arrived!! The rooms were so comfortable with several floors providing the most comfortable chair and ottoman to read and relax and great views over a mountainside. They have a nice gym and exceptional clubroom!!! The clubroom staff is amazing and right in line with the hotel in general in that they're hospitable and friendly! Although just a club room they provide just delicious and healthy food choices. Most importantly it's usually accompanied at night by fresh grilled veggies fresh cut veggies and fruit! What a great place

Visiting for a work function Clean facilities and cordial service. The food at the bar is okay, nothing to have about. But the bartenders are helpful and friendly. There is easy parking.

As a recent puppy adopter, I have been hesitant to leave my little guy home alone for too many hours. With a holiday work function and almost guaranteed night of work party tipsy drinking, my boyfriend and I stayed at the Sheraton Agoura Hills, along with our Cocker mix puppy. People who are interested in pet-friendly hotels, it doesn't get much better than this. Sign an agreement, pay a reasonable $75 deposit, and Sheraton staff will provide a quality stay for you and your dogs up to 40 pounds. They don't just tolerate your pets, they treat them as guests. Plus, the hotel is clean, inviting, and has great mountain views. If presented the opportunity, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Arrived on Friday morning for an overnight stay. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Self parking was $14 per day, which seemed unusual for a suburban hotel with plenty of spots. Anyway, the service was great. Was able to change out feather pillows for foam. Housekeeping came around 830 am though. All in all, would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again. Very close and convenient to a number of restaurants in the area as well as Malibu Wines.

I've stayed here about 20 times this past year (loyal starwood) and find this to be one of the poorest Sheraton properties I've stayed. The walls in the rooms are paper thin where you hear conversations, TV, etc. Also, the bathrooms consistently appear that they need a deep clean. However, the staff is always very helpful and kind. Just wish the property itself was better

Nice enough hotel, be prepared for extra charges all round. $14 a night for parking, if you want a latte instead of filter coffee for breakfast
That said, the breakfast was great, the bar area was cool and the rooms were large. View from the ground floor was pretty poor, our doors opened to a dog waste bin and a dirt path beds were very comfortable. Rooms seemed to be serviced at gone 5pm so we had to vacate the room for a bit because we'd already returned from our day.
Staff are really helpful and polite, especially the lady who was behind the bar during the football on Sunday (10th Sep!)response / report this review -

Excellent hotel in a gorgeous location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. There is valet and self parking available. I don't have any complaints and would happily stay there again.

Nice staff, clean rooms, soft beds and very fluffy pillows. They have blackout curtains which was so great for me having to sleep during the daytime. Wish the shower pressure was stronger and there was stray options. Too hard to clean my thick hair out properly. Other then that, great hotel and great stay.

Stay here for 12 days. People working here are very kind and helpful. Restaurant serve great breakfast and good dinner. The reason I give them 4 stars not 5 is that room service is not good. Bathroom is not clean at all. They just putting clean towels. Find hairs in the tub and floor. Every morning I try to organized the countertop so the cleaning lady has easier job but looks like they don't care. If they take care that problem I give them 5 stars next time

I stayed here and I had a great experience. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and having a balcony was a great addition. The bartender who served us was extremely nice, as were the staff at the check-in desk. I would recommend staying here
