I'm here once a year for a family visit, this must be a good employer because the same friendly and helpful people have been here for the last 5 years. The rooms are spacious, quiet and very clean. The pool is smaller but very nice. The breakfasts could be improved upon, however, it is consistent with all of the other Hamptons I've been in. Location is easy on and off from the highway.

We have a guest in town from overseas who is staying @ the Hampton. Met him for breakfast yesterday a.m. As usual, the complimentary breakfast is quite good! My family & I stayed mostly in Hampton Inns on our drive out to AZ from MI several years ago when we moved here.

Wonderful beds, super clean, and quiet. Had a happy hour the afternoon we got in, with excellent free popcorn. Breakfast was hot and a great variety. Very good air conditioning in the rooms, which is necessary in hot Phoenix.

It was in prime location. Right next to a grocery store and a Denny's. There is a gas station right down the street. The pool and hot tub we're very nice, even when it was a little chilly out. The pool area was wonderful and the pool towels are a normal size which was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot to choose from. The room was nice. Beds were comfy and the shower was spavious. It was a very nice stay.

The place is clean. I haven't seen inside any rooms so I don't know how clean they are. The housekeeping area is well kept.

There isn't a whole lot to review. I attended a wedding there. The front desk people were very nice. The bathrooms were very clean.

I just received a call from the assistant manager of this property. She was very apologetic for the issues we experienced and said she will speak to Lindy and housekeeping as well as the General Manager and owner (of this Franchise). I appreciated the call!
