Heather was a great sales person. Very patient as we looked at almost all the couches in the store. Delivery guys were efficient and professional. We decided we didn't like our first pick in furniture and we're able to switch it out without any issuess😀. They have been fantastic.

I would give this store and their staff a "10" if possible. I would especially like to thank, Alex, Cody, Eva and Lou for following the Golden Rule. Sorry if I unintentionally left anyone out. I purchased a display model tv in August 2017 and when I set it up at home, it had picture problems. I thought they would resolve themselves, but after two weeks this didn't happen.I contacted the manufacturer, since it was under warranty, but they said my problem was not a factory defect. I then spoke with the folks at Big Sandy regarding the problem and they attempted to find me a similar tv to mine. To make a long story short, within roughly two weeks they called to say they had obtained a tv for me. To my excited surprise, they exchanged my defective tv for a brand new 2017 tv of the same brand at no additional cost. This store and their team members went above and beyond the call of duty. I am thankful that companies like this one exist and do their very best to satisfy the customer. Thank You!

Big Sandy is ok. Prices are a little high. Acceptance Now is a rip off. Used them for the 90 days same as cash after my TV broke and I used the warranty replacement. They didn't have anything in stock except a TV at twice the cost so I didn't have all the money up front. What they don't tell you is most of your monthly payments are just fees and probably 30% interest. It's a real waste of money.

I've always had a great shopping experience with Big Sandy, when I moved I needed new appliances and a dining room table with chairs. I shopped their "scratch & dent appliances and bought very expensive brands for a fraction of the price and nothing wrong with them.
This time, I bought a new lift recliner and am 100% happy down to the delivery.

They are a really great, professional, and respectful people. They are always more than welcome to help you out. Big Sandy's is the only place I go to when I need furniture, bedding, appliances, and electronics. I bought my sectional, recliner, TV stand, TV, dresser, nightstand, dining room table set, new stools for my dining room table, my mom's bed, and my 5 tier shelf for my shoes, nic nacs, and stuff. They always treat me good and with respect. They will even give you a deal and take some money off the price. I would recommend them to anyone.
