We are frequent travelers. We use this type of lodging most of the time, choosing from various chains based on convenience. I was seriously impressed with every aspect of our stay this time. The front desk woman was welcoming and helpful. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Unfortunately we forgot our suits so we were unable to enjoy the pool. The breakfast buffet was very nice, including the gluten free muffins (thank you!). The woman working on the buffet was helpful and nice. Literally every base was covered service-wise. Looking forward to visiting my son in this town. We will definitely be back.

I spent 2 nights here, traveled out of state for a few nights and returned here for 3 more nights. Both rooms were clean and spacious. The restroom was large enough, definitely not too small. The breakfast served near the lobby had an impressive selection including multiple hot selections, fresh fruits, juices, coffee, milk, cold cereals, breads and pastries. My only complaint is no bottled water in the room. I had a Keurig in both rooms but only 1 room had a small refrigerator.
NOTE: The hotel entrance is shared with Honor Credit Union. Pull into the entrance and turn right toward the ATM but stay on the left side of the ATM. That takes you directly into the hotel parking lot.response / report this review -

The staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. The family suite is perfect for our needs! There's even separate climate control for the extra bedroom.
Unfortunately, I didn't get pics before my daughter and 4 of her friends got comfy (I'll pick up before we leave to make things easier on housekeeping).
If you need a hotel in Niles for any reason, this is a clean, welcoming and comfortable place, especially for the price.response / report this review -

Pretty happy with this location. It was a little hard to find, being nestled back off the main road quite a ways. Driveway is pretty easy to miss because it's almost like you're pulling into the bank in front of it. The staff that I interacted with were generally pleasant though I had to wait 10 minutes to check in on the first night because the desk agent was off "helping a guest" somewhere else in the hotel. Our room was average. The room (119) had a high ceiling which made it echo when we made any noise. There were some blatantly obvious stains on the floor and just some general disrepair. But all in all it was a pleasant stay.

This hotel was SO nice! The rooms were spacious and very clean and decorated well. The staff was very friendly and the Breakfast in the morning had so many options! Gluten free muffins even!!!! I wish we were starting for more then 1 night. Will definitely come back.

My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Niles Michigan. It was fantastic. The room was very clean and I had forgot some of my toiletries at home went down to the desk and they were very accommodating and gave me everything that I needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I chose this hotel because I had an early flight out of the south bend airport and it was the closest one that had availability and good reviews. The hotel was clean and served my purposes fine. There is a Walmart and a few food options very close so that worked out well. It is about 20 minutes from the south bend airport, which was close enough to make my early flight a little closer.

Reservation went smoothly online and visited the grounds as a pre-trip trip. Looked very nice! Will have to update once my trip is over.
Edit: Very cozy place for a weekend stay! Not crowded, but not deserted. Staff were very helpful and nice and our room was cleaned on a regular basis. Everything was very clean.
The breakfast was like any other hotel breakfast, but I happen to love them! The pool and it's area were also kept clean and the water was not too chlorinated. Thankfully, we had the pool all to ourselves while we used it!
I would definitely come back to this hotel without a doubt and will be recommending it to others as well. Thank you Holiday Inn!response / report this review -

Stayed here with during a floor hockey tournament. Could not have asked for a more accommodating staff. More than courteous and always smiling. Great hotel and service. Recommend to anyone staying in the area!
