I loved sitting at a nicely set table for breakfast and having the food brought to us. Communal powder room with first aid supplies, which I found thoughtful. Small sitting room cheery and tastefully decorated. Nice and helpful Innkeepers.

Jerry is very through with his welcome to the bed and breakfast. The accommodations are lovely and comfortable. Breakfast by Paula was delicious. Will try to return soon.

Saturday's breakfast was absolutely delicious. The pancakes were light and fluffy and Paula one of the owners says requires she used buttermilk.

We had an amazing anniversary weekend here. Food was good and hosts were better! Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. There are many games and movies should you have time. And the grounds are gorgeous! Highly recommended!

Very nice place. Had one concern, we had no water to the jacuzzi bath so I called jerrys phone, within 5 seconds he had the water turned on. Seemed odd to me that he's standing next to a shut off valve at 10-11PM.

I had booked the room during the week in advance for a month. I liked the beach nearby, the bikes available for use and the room. However, I couldn't figure out how to use the jacuzzi. Instead of simply giving me directions, the male owner wanted to come inside the room to show me how to use it. I simply never used it; I couldn't figure out how and verbal directions didn't suffice. Furthermore, I had some difficulties with the payment. Paula was really considerate and understanding. Jerry became very intrusive that first night, was extremely suspicious and made me uncomfortable. Since the other amenities were to my liking I stayed. The payment was taken care of like I said it would. Instead of being understanding, Jerry canceled my long term stay plans. When I reached out and gave an explanation to his concerns, he responded with some strange message about how the message was "unsolicited." He also escalated the payment to possible "credit card misuse." It was ridiculous. A supposed peaceful stay was escalated into a sitcom plot. I noticed other couples and families stayed there. I wouldn't recommend it to a S I N G L E, female traveler or Businesswoman. They're older people who make mountains out of molehills and get really nosy and intrusive. Jerry doesn't treat single female Professionals with respect unless they are with male companions. He kept trying to speak to me alone, and it made me uncomfortable. If it weren't for the accommodations and location, I would have left that first day.

My wife and I decided to enjoy Michigan wine country at the last minute one weekend over the Christmas holidays, and when I say last minute, I mean the day of. Jerry, the owner, happened to have someone check out that day and agreed to have us, even though it meant he would have to scramble to accommodate us within hours. Jerry and his wife Paula are fantastic hosts. Paula's breakfast is as good, or better, than any restaurant. Their rooms are very clean and comfortable and the location is absolutely perfect. Just off the interstate and within walking distance of two wine tasting venues and a beer tasting venue as well (St. Julian and Round Barn retail establishments). They are also very close to several great restaurants and many of the wineries themselves. They have several different types of rooms with various accommodations to please just about anyone. I highly recommend this B&B if you want to enjoy Michigan wine country in the New Buffalo area during any season.

My husband and I just spent a glorious week-end at the Garden Grove Bed & Breakfast! Everything was first class! We will definitely be back!
