Needs a lot of improvement. There should be a fridge and microwave in all rooms. The rooms could be cleaner, although I had a ton of towels, I used to put on the floor. My daughter was scared to walk on the floor with her bare feet. Her exact words were" the floor is dirty , so I am not going walk barefoot". Hopefully you can scrub the floor better for the next customers.

Terrible service, cockroach, I think bed bugs and place was dirty. Same your money and go somewhere else this is gross.

The location is great and the staff is exceptional. Craig at the front desk was so accommodating. According to a young lady at the front desk this is the oldest Red Roof in Michigan yet it is kept up very well. The room was clean and comfortable and I slept very well. Keep up the good work!

Awesome Staff friendly polite and Sweet. Front Desk Lady was wonderful. Room was clean and fresh easy check-in and out. If im ever here again this is where I will styay.

It was what I expected. Nothing fancy. Fairly clean but not immaculate. The room smelled like old cigarettes but it was quiet and suited our needs. And the price was right!

The room was disgusting! We ended up on the very first night buying a bottle of bleach and Lysol spray. We poured the whole bottle of bleach on the bathroom floor in the shower around the toilet. The bathroom smelled like somebody had just peed all over the floor. There was blood on the sheets matted black hair around the faucet in the sink. Matted black hair in the bed, crumbs. The smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag and taped. We opened the microwave to heat up some leftover dinner and there was old moldy food inside the microwave. Then to top it off the second night we were there we went out to get ice from the vending machine walked out to a prostitute and her John in the parking lot. The reason we know that was the situation was when we came back from getting ice she was getting out of his car and putting money in her purse and going to her room, right next to us! We ended up not even staying in our room for the last night that we were there even though it was already paid for.

The smoke free room smelled like an ashtray, the room had not been cleaned in a long time, three people staying in a room and they give us two towels. Two night stay no fresh soap or shampoo. Reserved a week in advance, no other places available when we arrived. One star is to much

I wouldn't stay here again. The smoke free policy is a complete joke! Room smelled like cigarettes. On the second night, the people next door were smoking weed. The smell came through our bathroom fan and flooded our room. I got a headache because of the smell and got nauseous from it! Towels had holes. One of our beds, we didn't even sleep in or touch because it had dog pee on it, which I'm sure of because my two dogs were sniffing it when we first came into the room. No hair dryer or safe to store our valuables. For a Red Roof Inn, i was fairly disappointed in my stay. I've had more pleasant experiences at other locations. Sad to say i won't be coming to this location again. The only positive things I have to say are the friendly staff and pet friendly policy.

My husband's parents and sister stayed here this past weekend. They said that it wasn't very nice. Also my sister-in-law now has bed bug bites all over her. They had to wash everything and toss a lot of their stuff in order to get rid of the bed bugs.

Excellent value! Staff was courteous, room was clean, quiet, and well appointed. Exterior could use some TLC, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great stay for the weekend. Easy to find and lots of places to visit around town. Clean room, perfect amount of space to stay. Staff was quick to respond to our needs. Bed was comfy, bathroom nice a big.

Busy weekend with different events in town, we were still able to get a room with no problem. The first room we were given smelled like pot and cigarettes but upon request for another, the second room was flawless. Our bedding smelled like bleach and the bathroom smelled like bleach. Spacious and comfortable- fluffy towels & toiletries were included. We couldn't be happier with room #2! Office provided us with food ideas and a taxi service who arrived on the button of requested time- even after our event. There were no issues at all and our stay was quite relaxing! The bed was also very comfortable!
I'd highly recommend this motel for inexpensive and comfortable lodging!response / report this review
