The rooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. I didn't like that the room was a bit dusty. Also that there were a lack of towels in the bathroom. They have free breakfast. It includes waffles, egg omelette, bacon or sausage (turkey option always seem limited) fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, potatoes, and cereal. They have a large seating area downstairs that also looks nice. It can get chilly with the door always opening and closing though. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

Its wonderful! !! Beds are great as everyone talks about. My only complaint would be no trash bags in the trash bins but that just makes it hard on them.

A perfectly fine hotel. No fridge in the room though. Depending on the room, you might hear a lot of noises. Basic fitness center.

Great hotel in Kalamazoo. Great little restaurant /bar offering local craft beer and love music. Breakfast buffet everyday as well. The fitness center looked nice but I didn't get to try it. The rooms are comfortable and the staff was really friendly.

Always a great hotel. Clean, friendly staff, excellent workout room, pool and outdoor area, and good restaurant. No complementary breakfast but does have a Wednesday happy hour.

I did not stay here, just attended a wedding. It was super nice and the staff was great. The space for the reception was nice and big and the lighting was perfect.

Mediocre. Coffee was decent. Water was yellow. I tried to get potable water from the gym but the water jug only dispensed in 3oz portions not enough hydration if you actually worked out. Carpets felt mildewy and grungy. Beds too soft. Toiletries were scented for male travelers instead of neutral. Hotel service was friendly, though.

Nice lobby area. Looks to be newly renovation. Check in was smooth. Reception was able to accommodate a change in room request for one with a fridge. Moderate space in the king bed room. Bathroom is in decent shape. Newer fixture and tiling. Interested to have some bathroom noise (fan?) on constantly. Not too loud luckily. A good option for lodging in the Kalamazoo area.

Was a very clean and comfortable hotel. We was on the 4 the floor everything was very quiet. Beds we're very comfortable. We had a great night's sleep. We had supper last night at the Potter in the hotel food was awesome prices were good service was great. Price of hotel was good. We will stay here again when traveling or others in there chain.

We were there because my son's school had his testing site at this location. The front desk staff was polite and the lobby area were, well pretty in my opinion. I would like to have some of their furniture/decorations in my house.

Came for a conference room. Lobby and room were very clean and updated. Staff at front desk were courteous and respectfulof people coming into the building.

The elevator stinks like a lot of cheap liquor, so do some of the passengers. The location is not good, with a lot of construction going on that they never told us about when the reservation was made. It was very very difficult even to get onto the road where the hotel is located.
Horrible experience. Filthy rooms. Awful service locally AND national hotline. Worst in 12 years. The room was dirty and the door lock didn't work. Transferred to another room that was also filthy. After check out, they charged the stay to the wrong credit card. Although I told desk clerk at the time, they did not correct it. Later I called the manager but had to leave a message. An hour and 15 minutes later when she did not call me back, I called the national customer service line. I was on hold for 10 minutes. Then the customer service representative had me on hold another 10 minutes while he called the same hotel that messed up in the first place and he failed to resolve the problem. He told me I would have to resolve the problem and call the hotel back myself with information they obtained when the reservation was made. Why would I want to make more calls to fix a problem that they created?.response / report this review -

One of the only full service hotels around Kalamazoo that offers room service. I enjoyed my stay. They have a very courteous staff.
