Very helpful front desk staff. Also, the discount if you or are overnighting to go to the hospital, is an added bonus.

I had wonderful service. My housekeeper was super nice. She helped me and wife to work the coffee maker. She also set my clock cause I thought it was broke. But it wasn't. She brought us more coffee and towels as soon as I ask. Great job. So pleased. Her name I think was shelby or that's what she said it was. She was the sweetest person going out of her way to help us elderly

The accommodations were as expected but the staff was excellent. All shifts were great. And the breakfast was delicious as well.

I dislike this hoilday inn, the only reason I stay is becuase we get a good rate. I have been here 3 different time and each time it's something different. week 1- asked for wake up call everyday didn't get it. week 2- ants in my room, had to be moved. no door jam. messed up my finger.
week 3- fridge didn't work, took 2 days to fix, lost food. key card never seemed to work.

the food is good, the employees are okay over all 3 stars. rather be somewhere else.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel on Dec 2 and Dec 3. We were very disappointed in the room as far as the noise from the heater! We could not sleep with it on. Also the middle window only had a shear on it so the street lights were annoying. The room was clean otherwise but certainly NOT worth the $136.00 a night we had to pay. Probably will not stay here again when we visit our grandchildren. We traveled 9 hours to see them and were very disappointed to not get a good night's sleep. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my comments.

Rooms are cleanTv has a good selection of channels.

We had three rooms booked on the week coming up to labor day weekend and not a single one of them did not have an issue. The moved my sister and her husband, with two children, into a room with a king bed and a couch, telling them that a double room was not available at all. Reasonable, IF NOT that we had a vacant room booked for an incoming family member that was set up as a double.

Toilet broken in one room for four days.
Bathtub, Shower non functioning in one room
Hairdryer, not that they do anything, not working in another room.

Tables from breakfast on patio were not bussed until bar 'crowd' showed up at 8pm.

I would like to thank MANAGEMENT for refunding some money, but I cannot give an extra couple of stars because the support staff, at the absence of the manager, spoke loudly and rudely about my family being a hassle and the manager being a push over.

Had we not had a family member in hospice at the Medical Center nearby, we would have moved immediately. Don't come unless you have to.
