Great hotel conveniently located near the airport

Decent restaurant attached

Clean rooms, recently remodeled so everything is clean and shiny

One issue is they’ve had their fire alarm go off in the middle of the night a couple times lately, not sure if they’ve fixed the issue or not or if someone is doing it deliberately. They do get some rowdy people due to the attached bar some nights.

There was an error in booking but they made it right and even upgraded us to a suite. The breakfast was divine .

Very clean. Nice smelling soaps and lotions in the bathroom. Wish the air had been running when we got there, but eventually cooled down. Good breakfast included in stay.

Basic hotel with pool and hot tub. Convenient parking. Close to Troy and Albany. Limited buffet breakfast. Smoke alarm too sensitive and went off after hot shower. Inconvenient placement of wall outlets.

Great service and very clean, large, and comfortable rooms. The manager seemed to be there 24/7 and offered personalized attention. Close to interstate. Could not hear traffic when my room was facing roadway.

Easy on/off of 87. Central location. Rooms were clean. No issues with cleanliness or service. Didn't make use of other amenities as I was only here for one night but it seemed like it has everything to make an extended stay comfortable.

Great rooms, no extra charge to have a mini-fridge brought into the room. Hot breakfast with more choices than expected. And last but not least The staff was very nice and very helpful. I had a great stay.

I came to the holiday Inn for a McDonald's training. My coworker and I stayed in room 606. We had a very nice an clean room. We visited the restaurant the tap a few times, we enjoyed the service. Overall I would come back again!
